The veterinary’s themselves seem proficient; the ones I have talked with seem knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
This said, I would avoid at all cost due to incompetent reception staff, who are not capable of providing a comparable service.
I have found them to be rude, unprofessional and lack the mental capabilities to understand simple requests or discuss simple account issues.
Really sad to say, but a lot of other veterinary practices in the area that can provide a better service.

Took our guinea pig to this vet on Sunday.
They didn’t know what was wrong with her.
They experimented, without permission, and without saying every experiment would cost money.
Gave us a painkiller ...

Gave us a painkiller for her.
Said to book her in to be spade
She died in pain through the night.
Then denied everything!

Absolutely disgraceful, refused to treat my nan’s dog and when finally decided to take him in didn’t take blood samples as he had gastroenteritis. Bronagh Goodlad was too busy washing her hair which is completely unprofessional, as our little man was in a locked room on his own hemorrhaging.
EDIT:
considering you are not aware of the fact your service KILLED our beloved dog, does the court case we attempted ring a bell? regards to when you failed to take samples?, when you failed to even get his gender right? you have told multiple people in the same situation that you would never refuse to treat an animal registered with the ‘vets’ however our Misty was registered and multiple other dogs which you failed.

Just want to thank ALL at Donview Vets. Especially Mike Burrell and Charlie who have treated Jazz (my horse) with urgency and care. Mike made the diagnosis look very easy, a very high level diagnosis made and all on site at Ladyley's without the added the stress and expense of travelling. Not only their expertise but with their specialised equipment to be able to do this. I cannot highly recommend Donview and feel very lucky to have these Vets on-board for Jazz. Very friendly staff who take the time to ensure your animals are in safe hands and give you assurance! They really have done an excellent job!

The veterinary’s themselves seem proficient; the ones I have talked with seem knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
This said, I would avoid at all cost due to incompetent reception staff, who are not capable of providing a comparable service.

Just want to thank ALL at Donview Vets. Especially Mike Burrell and Charlie who have treated Jazz (my horse) with urgency and care.
