She did not listen to reason, was not willing to help at all. I have a poorly kitty cat at home , needed to drop off urine samples as soon as i got them. I now have a sample tube , full of bloody urine in my car because her computer was not on and she HAD to take notes ( which i totally understand, but she could have been polite about it) .She made it very clear that It WAS NOT her problem that i was running late, or that I had urgent MEETING to attend. Her problem was HER COMPUTER WAS NOT ON and SHE WAS NOT WILLING TO HELP ME IN ANY WAY because HER COMPUTER WAS NOT ON. Although all my details were on the sample bottle and I could have provided her with anything she needed later on in the day. NO BECAUSE HER COMPUTER WAS NOT ON. Did not want to know any reason for me being there and was not at all understanding or helpful. SHOCKED It is not the first time she has been rude to me. I am really considering moving my animals elsewhere. NOT HAPPY FOR A MONDAY MORNING. Read Less

Excellent advice and treatment. Will do their utmost to help, even at short notice. Have received help from kitten neutering to saying or final goodbyes to our beloved dog and they have been fantastic without fail. Read Less

Graham and the vets there are fantastic people. So kind and caring, our old collie was treated here right up to the end with empathy and professionalism. Now our spaniel has had complicated knee surgery and recovered so well. Read Less

Meadows is an excellent practice. Our puppy has had a hard first year and they correctly diagnosed his congenital shunt after suspecting it on an examination which saved his life. Their care is second to none. Read Less

Just wanted to say thank you to the Vet at Kemnay yesterday for everything she did for us and our beloved Tiggy. Had to make the awful decision to have her put to sleep, but the Vet (sorry can't remember her name) was so kind and couldnt have been nicer to us. Meadows are fantastic. I have had a few visits recently, including an out of hours one tonight for horse with mild colic. The vets arrive when they say they will and are always knowledgable and efficient and the staff on reception are great at all the extras too.
