Seen most of the Vets here now and have all been fantastic with sorting out any problems we have had with both our cat and dog. Genuinely caring vets who care about there animals in their care. I think quite reasonable priced too. Recommend this practice to anyone!! Read Less

I can't recommend this centre enough. Huxley (our dog) absolutely LOVES coming to the vet. He has had some pretty awful and mysterious problems with his tummy, and Kevin has been with us every step of the way. He really has been a godsend to our little Hux! The receptionists are kind and understanding, and the vets are top notch. We are 100% confident that our pets are in great hands! Read Less

My husky Ares arrived from Bulgaria when he was just over 6 months. While I was sure he'll love the cool climate here, I was worried about finding a new vet. After visiting Ashgrove for a check-up however, I was sure this is the right place for him! I'll start with Sandra - the lady at the reception who mastered multi-tasking to the most exceptional level - she'd answer the phone within seconds, find the pet's record, read through it, answer all your questions and by the time she hangs-up she'd be done packing the medication for another pet while welcoming with a big smile a third one. There's nothing this lady cannot handle! And she had such a big heart - she'll always ask if he/she needs water, pat them gently, sometimes offer a small treat from the jar with bone-shaped and round biscuits. Next is the nurse Ares loves to bits! She'll always play with him a little before a check-up, and knowing how greedy he is, she'll easily strike a deal - "trouble-free vaccination for a handful of tiny biscuits". Honestly, Ares wouldn't even notice the injection! The nurse is talking to him with a warm soothing voice, the same way you'd talk to a child. She always explains every procedure or medication in details to me and is very friendly! Apart from the staff, the vet practice itself presents state of the art equipment and is very clean and tidy! They also have a range of toys/chews/dry and wet food and an assortment of dog-leads and harnesses on offer.Read Less

Best decision I ever made to move to Ashgrove to care for my Westie Ben, I was devastated to loose him last week but the wonderful care and compassion that was extended to both of us was so very comforting, thank you Scott I was so desperately sad but I wouldn't have changed a thing and Kevin, you guys really care... I have been so impressed that being relatively new customers we are always greeted by name and Ben's medical history was always remembered.
