Took two cats here for some treatment early this week. Unfortunately one of them had soiled himself and messed inside his box. We have used the Aran clinic for many years but just recently we seem to have lived there ...... In the space of a week we have had 1 Labrador put to sleep and then another fading away from a broken heart from losing her friend. All the staff have been totally amazing. Kind, gentle and caring together with exemplary medical care. I really could not praise them enough. Everyone from the lovely receptionist and nurse to Lynne our vet have looked after our pets and us wonderfully and I would totally recommend this clinic.Our lovely old friend was put to sleep with such care and our other poorly dog is now on the mend. On holiday for a week and our labrador needed some antibiotics and steroids for a skin problem that flared up. Rang on a Saturday morning they said come over when you can even if you have to wait we'll fit you in. Really friendly helpful relaxed people. Saw a vet called Alice who was great. By the time we got there they'd already got some email notes from our vet at home. Lengthy detailed consultation. Meds immediately provided very reasonable charges. Took or 7 week old puppy "chef" here yesterday for his first i injections after being fitted in last minute. Lovely welcone from a very friendly and professional team. Can't thank the staff here enough, on holiday here as we do frequently and had a mini crisis with one of my labradors having a dew claw injury whilst playing on the beach scarey as quite a blood bath. Rang this vets as they're came up as still open, asked for advice which I got, I knew they were due to close as Google told me so but they said they'd stay open and await our arrival. Wow! The treatment we recieved is commendable, so very thorough and caring. We return tomorrow to make sure healing as it should. Oscar Truffles took me to Aran because he wanted (not really!!) a worming tablet kindly supplied and delivered (!!) by vet Kellie. He decided whilst he was there to have a good look around downstairs and upstairs - just to get his 'money's worth' I suppose and had his photo taken by Lynn. He really is a bit of a poser and as said has me wrapped around his little paws!! Seriously though he met all of the staff and enjoyed the cuddles he got. Aran Vet Clinic is a great place to bring any animal to, the staff treat each animal as if it was their own which is very reassuring when dealing with a sick animal.
