The staff at the surgery are friendly, passionate and exceptional at making visitors feel at ease and in the right hands. All of the consultants are great, listen to all worries and put them to bed. Our dogs prescription was over 100% of the price you can get elsewhere. It was also completely unnecessary as it was a dietary problem. Staff aren't that friendly either. Appointments are always running late. And the weighing scale is difficult to use in a small waiting room full of emotional dogs. Read Less
