My partner phoned at around 12:00 on Saturday the 18/05/2024 to enquire about possibly getting our dog registered at this vet as we have recently moved. Straight away the custom service was shocking and the tone the lady spoke with was a joke and when my partner enquired about registering my dog the receptionist proceeded to say " well you'll have to stay at your current vet because we are not taking any clients goodbye" this sort of attitude puts off customers from businesses and losses money. Happy we didn't get registered here now. Read Less
