Called B&W Equine vets this weekend and Amber came out to see us. She was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and informative and put our minds at rest. She reassured us the whole time she was with us and she helped us out massively by showing us what to do and how to treat the abscess our horse had. She even said she was on call the rest of the weekend and would be happy to help us in any way and answer any questions we may have over the weekend or give us advice! We have been fine treating it the past few days and it’s healing nicely but what I thought was especially lovely of her was that she rang again herself a few days later just to double check on him and how he is! Absolutely lovely woman who is clearly very passionate about her job.

Switched over to b&w around a year ago and can't say how happy I am! Have had them out for a number of things from emergency calls to routine appointments! Super pleased with every vet that has attended and the help that you get not just in person but over the phone off the on call staff is outstanding!!! Even down to the vet courtesy calling the morning after an emergency situation to check everything is ok! The team go well above and beyond! So thankyou b&w!

It's extremely hard to find vets that you like and trust. B&W provided us with the most amazing service with our Shire Jack in the colic surgery. Sadly he died of a heart attack a few hours post surgery. Even still we have used B&W on occasions since and think you are just so helpful always at the end of the phone. A special thanks to Duncan for that day with Jack. He was quick and efficient... we did all we could! Thanks again guys!!!

My pony Vino recently had eye surgery here due to an abscess on his cornea, but thanks to the amazing work of Brian and all the veterinary staff he is now home and slowly making small steps to recovery. Called B&W Equine vets this weekend and Amber came out to see us. She was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and informative and put our minds at rest. She reassured us the whole time she was with us and she helped us out massively by showing us what to do and how to treat the abscess our horse had. She even said she was on call the rest of the weekend and would be happy to help us in any way and answer any questions we may have over the weekend or give us advice! It's extremely hard to find vets that you like and trust. B&W provided us with the most amazing service with our Shire Jack in the colic surgery. Sadly he died of a heart attack a few hours post surgery. Even still we have used B&W on occasions since and think you are just so helpful always at the end of the phone.
