We always gets first class service from the receptionists and the Vets at this practice. Very professional, always friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I sometimes drop in unannounced and they always have time to help, even when its busy. My dog never frets when he goes there and even steps on to the scale without being told he's so relaxed. The staff are calm, reassuring, especially in a crisis, and we have had a few in the last 12 years. They are very knowledgeable and have a comprehensive data base. Reminders are posted out when medication or health checks are due. The Pet Health Care Plan is worth considering and the staff explain it all without pressuring you to buy into it. The shelves are well stocked with a good variety of foodstuffs and things. Highly recommended practice. Always clean neat and tidy making the use of the limited space available.Read Less
