I took my cat for a consultation as her eyes are really not good. The previous vets told me she was untreatable. so I decided to bring her to Zetland Vets instead. I waited half an hour over my agreed time and then the appointment lasted 10 minutes. She was prescribed nothing and I asked to be referred to a specialist which was agreed. I left the appointment and offered to pay, but both receptionists told me that there was no need to pay at that time. I have since been hassled constantly with invoices for the appointment (£58) which I would happily pay if they had done anything that was promised! They did not get my cats records from the previous vets and they have not booked her a specialist appointment. They have not answered my email, and when I phoned them. I was treated very rudely by the practice manager demanding money. Seriously, dont take your pet here as they really have their priorities in the wrong place.

Very dissapointed with my exprience here. First they accidentally charged me £40 more than they should and took ages to correct this, then they struggled to provide basic information on flea and worm treatment, and i asked for a prescription weeks ago which they said they would ring me with but they still have not done this. Very polite and nice, but ultimately useless and as a first time per owner i don't feel safe in their hands.

I have been so impressed by the service I get at Zetland Road. They've been vaccinating our pet rabbits since we got them, and more recently have done an absolutely amazing job when one of our rabbit...
I have been so impressed by the service I get at Zetland Road. They've been vaccinating our pet rabbits since we got them, and more recently have done an absolutely amazing job when one of our rabbits was poorly. We were kept informed about the costs of the treatment, and it seems that the whole team seem to actually care about our pets. Would definitely recommend.

They look after our kids (cats) what is there not to love, our cats seem to like them as well so bonus.
Zetland looked after our previous kids "Baby" & "Bunty" Baby were laid to rest @ 21 years old and Bunty @ 19 years old. human years.
We had them both from Kittens so they lived a great life but were always looked after by Zetland.
They took care of us and them at the time of need RIP kids. Bunty went first with Cancer and Baby went from old age a couple of years later.
You have been looking after Bo & Charity for a good few years 8 is it now?
Bo is 8 and Charity is 7 and to be fair we had thought of moving vets due to traffic and other bus lanes in Bristol (metro anyone) but we decided to keep them where they feel safe and we know they get the best treatment.

Outrageously poor customer service after they made a billing error — even after being provided with proof they refused to correct their mistake. Their default position seems to be that the customer is always wrong and should bear the cost of mistakes the practice administrators make. The vets seemed to do their job well enough, but I cannot in good conscience recommend a practice with such a disgusting attitude to customers to any pet owner.

Amazing vets!! Lost our poor dog fully confident our insurance company More Than would cover payment taking away some of the pain of losing our incredible dog, Zetland assured us we could sort out finance after our dog was put to sleep.. BE WARNED This was not the case this awful company held our poor animals ashes as collateral until payment is made !!! Our insurance company gave us full reassurance this will be covered, this veterinary surgery said this was not the case THEY REQUIRED US TO PAY IN FULL PRIOR TO RELEASE OF OUR ASHES !!! AWFUL TO THINK THIS WOULD BE THE CASE. Following discussions with Lisa Horton - Practice Manager she assured me this is how they deal with clients as many never pay. !!! WOW STAY CLEAR

I want to say a huge thank you to the team at zetland veterinary group for looking after our girl Sarah this weekend. The team were helpful, understanding, supportive and did all they could for our pup. They arranged visits for us and always kept in contact with regards to her care. It was touch and go for a minute but with a great team and a big fight from Sarah shes now home and eating, doing well. I can't thank them/you enough. We have been using Zetland Veterinary Group since we got our boys (cats!) almost 11 years ago now. The level of customer care has always been exceptional from dealing with their yearly immunisations to major surgery after being run over. I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive THANK YOU to Sally at the Filton branch who is an asset to the company, she is always happy and friendly, whilst staying completely professional. Always provided us with impeccable customer service, we deal with alot of people over the phone daily and it's always a pleasure to speak with Sally!

Zetland Vetinary Group is one of the friendliest vets I've ever been to. Both my (now sadly deceased) hamsters were visitors and their files and medicines were always issued with your pet's name followed by your family's surname which I thought was a nice touch. Luckily, all the vets are incredibly sympathetic and lovely, unlike some I experienced in Exeter that treated small furries as second-class citizens and their out-of-hours emergency service is excellent. It also has several sister sites in Bristol which I'm sure are equally as good.

They are a bit more expensive than some, but you get so much more than you get from other vets. Emergency vet service is great too, just saved one of our dogs lives...

I have been so impressed by the service I get at Zetland Road. They look after our kids (cats) what is there not to love, our cats seem to like them as well so bonus.
Zetland looked after our previous kids "Baby" & "Bunty" Baby were laid to rest @ 21 years old and Bunty @ 19 years old. human years.

Very kind and lovely staff at my local vets (Patchway). They have treated all my animals over the years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing vets!! My dog Tanya has her chemo there, everyone is so friendly and helpful, Tan used to hate going to the vets but now she just waltzes in, it must be do do with how lovely they are to her when she's there. I would recommend Zetland to anyone, they have lots of branches too so you will always have a one near by.

Lost our poor dog fully confident our insurance company More Than would cover payment taking away some of the pain of losing our incredible dog, Zetland assured us we could sort out finance after our dog was put to sleep.. BE WARNED This was not the case this awful company held our poor animals ashes as collateral until payment is made !!! Our insurance company gave us full reassurance this will be covered, this veterinary surgery said this was not the case THEY REQUIRED US TO PAY IN FULL PRIOR TO RELEASE OF OUR ASHES !!! AWFUL TO THINK THIS WOULD BE THE CASE. Following discussions with Lisa Horton - Practice Manager she assured me this is how they deal with clients as many never pay. !!! WOW STAY CLEAR

I want to say a huge thank you to the team at zetland veterinary group for looking after our girl Sarah this weekend. The team were helpful, understanding, supportive and did all they could for our pup. They arranged visits for us and always kept in contact with regards to her care. It was touch and go for a minute but with a great team and a big fight from Sarah shes now home and eating, doing well. I can't thank them/you enough. You bought back the light in my heart Thank you x

We have been using Zetland Veterinary Group since we got our boys (cats!) almost 11 years ago now. The level of customer care has always been exceptional from dealing with their yearly immunisations to major surgery after being run over. I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive THANK YOU to Sally at the Filton branch who is an asset to the company, she is always happy and friendly, whilst staying completely professional. Always provided us with impeccable customer service, we deal with alot of people over the phone daily and it's always a pleasure to speak with Sally!

Zetland Vetinary Group is one of the friendliest vets I've ever been to. Both my (now sadly deceased) hamsters were visitors and their files and medicines were always issued with your pet's name followed by your family's surname which I thought was a nice touch. Luckily, all the vets are incredibly sympathetic and lovely, unlike some I experienced in Exeter that treated small furries as second-class citizens and their out-of-hours emergency service is excellent. It also has several sister sites in Bristol which I'm sure are equally as good.

We've been to a few vets in Bristol, and finally settled on Zetlands. All the vets and nurses are lovely, and fill you with confidence that they will look after your beloved pet(s) to the highest standard. They are a bit more expensive than some, but you get so much more than you get from other vets. Emergency vet service is great too, just saved one of our dogs lives...
