The vet declined to see the animal on the grounds that as it was registered at another practice it would be "against his code o...
I visited this vet on 23/3/2016 with our Cat that was in some distress.
The vet declined to see the animal on the grounds that as it was registered at another practice it would be "against his code of practice" to deal with the cat
The welfare of the animal was of no concern!
