I would like to thank the team at Dalblair, especially Carol and John, for their excellent organisation of the euthanasia of my Dog Bruno. I had originally booked to come to the surgery, but as he couldn't walk anymore, I had to ask for a home visit. The receptionist was very understanding and then Carol phoned and arranged for a vet to come to us asap. She explained the process and the cost involved. Then I got a phone call to say that the vet was on his way. When John arrived at our house he knew exactly the history of Bruno and explained again what was going to happen. He gave us time to say goodbye and the opportunity to be with Bruno on our own if we wished. Sick of this vets just wanting to charge u for everything my dog has a problem with his ears which needs proper medication to clear it up was told by a vet once that she would put it on his records so we would not have to keep brining him in the last time I wanted it was told u can't have it till the vets see him because it was a year since he last had it ok fair enough phoned today to get it told u can't get because it's 6 months since u last had it can't win money grabbing reptiles u won't ever see him again be cause I'm changing vets william Davis Read Less
