A little more expensive than others in the area but the care is excellent. Situated in the centre of the town next to a car park means access is easy. Late opening times are useful for working owners.

Very disappointed in the way the vet treated my dog. Been going to Collier for years and for 2 minutes to look at her was £25 and to be told my dogs to violent to look at properly and I may add she is only that way because a vet before in there was to ubrupt with her a while back. They advised that she goes in as often as possible so she can get used to them (which costs). Will definitely not be back there and after speaking to a good few they have said same. Fuming! Read Less

On Monday night out beautiful boy Sam, was took to collier and brock vets in Irvine, he was so poorly really thought we were going to lose him, the staff at collier and brock were amazing from reception to the vets, turned out he had a bouncy ball stuck in his intestine, he had his operation on Tuesday morning in the Troon surgery where again staff were amazing, so grateful to both surgerys, hes now at home and although he's got a long road ahead he's healing. Can't recommend collier and brock vets highly enough. thank you all for all you did for our boy!!! Xx Read Less

This afternoon I visited with one of my best friends. My chocolate lab JD. A cure wasn't to be and she crossed Rainbow Bridge. I can't thank the staff enough for the care, compassion, dignity and respect in the way they treated her, and me as I was a wreck. Thanks so much. It'll be strange visiting with just the one dog in future. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Read Less

We have been customer for 20years. Safe to say after the worst experience of our lifes three weeks ago we wont be back. Our beloved nearly twelve year old dog had to be put to sleep, as if this isnt heart breaking enough instead of it taking seconds for him to pass the hole thing lasted around 30 minutes with our little bailey screaming in pain. We had never let him suffer in his life till the very end. The vet got some of the injection in then it just stopped, he kept trying to get the needle back in but failed they then shaved another leg meant while bailey our dog is screaming strugging half here and half not this was heart breaking. After shaving his other leg the vet still could not get the needle in. Baileys still screaming we were in shock this is meant to be straight foward but no our pride and joy is suffering more than he suffered in his hole life. My husband is telling the vet this is wrong he needs to do something we then got asked do we want him sedated, after nearly 20 min of our dog screaming he asked this. Do something we told the vet . He then gt a jag in his back leg which after 5min started to calm bailey down then eventually fall asleep. The vet then finished his job in putting bailey to sleep. Yes he says sorry. Im afraid thats not enough. Our last memories of out dog was him suffering and letting us know he was suffering. We were helpless. We paid the bill then left. We had arranged to get baileys ashes back so four days later we had heard nothing so we called the vet as we were told we would have him back by the weekend, this was now tuesday the following week. On calling we then got told we cant have bailey tilll friday so please dont call regarding this again. We then had to go and pick bailey up ourselfs This was only after calling Mr brock he had found out baileys ashes were ready and we were able to go get him ourselfs so we did. I will never be back i will never recommed. My dog was left suffering far to long and we are left with the worst memorys ever.Read Less
