After 7+ yrs we have decided to remove our remaining pet from the practise's care. Their treatment of our previous animal (and consideration of us as owners) fell far too short of our expectations of a practise for us to trust them again with any pet of ours - when you trust your vet to act in the best interests of your animals. It was not my intention to leave a review, as I have raised our formal complaint to the practise partners direct, but after requesting our existing pets records be transferred some time ago, and it still not happening, I feel the courtesy is one way and we are being paid lip service. I would not have an animal treated here again.

Excellent in all depts - Vets - nurses and receptionists. Treated my cocker spaniel Penny (whos a bit of a woose) with loving care & thoughtfulness. Highly recommend.

I was recommended this vets after I was treated so badly regarding another vet with my dog.😡
They were fabulous😍I was given a death sentence for my dog but decided to get a second opinion by Ickniel...

They were fabulous😍I was given a death sentence for my dog but decided to get a second opinion by Icknield vets. Just as well, they operated on her burst tumour that day. They were amazing that just took charge with such compassion and professionalism.
She has made a fantastic recovery even though she is 12yrs old. The scar even though large has healed only a month after surgery. Can't thank them enough that my beautiful dog lives to fight another day with no death sentence hanging over her.😍💕💖

This is a fantastic, caring vets. We love Sue who we got to know really well as our dogs got older and had numerous health problems. All the staff are welcoming and caring.

After 7+ yrs we have decided to remove our remaining pet from the practise's care. Their treatment of our previous animal (and consideration of us as owners) fell far too short of our expectations of a practise for us to trust them again with any pet of ours - when you trust your vet to act in the best interests of your animals.
