Excellent service from Dr Burns and the nurses. My Labrador was seen late night Friday diagnosed with uterine infection, which meant that if my dog wasn't operated on that night she would have an awful end. Dr Burns and her team stayed after hours and offered to help to save my dog. If not for her and the team I would have to either go to out of hours clinic and pay £2.5 k or have a dead dog. Luna is recovering from the surgery very well all thanks to the fantastic team. I highly recommend Noah's Ark for anyone who cares for their pet. Huge thank you. Read Less

I cannot fault this Veterinary Practice. I registered my Pup with Noah's Ark when we collected him as an 8 week old Pup. He's nearly 2 now and their service is still friendly and very helpful. A little while ago the Pup sliced his foot open - quite deep and down the side of the paw pad. I chucked him in the car and rushed him straight to Noah's Ark - he was seen very quickly and needed an operation to stitch and bandage him back together. Following from that Pup needed repeat check up, bandages, painkillers and antibiotics - both Rebecca and Teresa and all the Nursing Team were fantastic and on the end of the phone (and happy to call us back ) if we needed advice regarding Pups recovery. I'm incredibly thankful for the knowledgeable vets and nursing team and would not hesitate to recommend them. Read Less

Been going to this vet for over 10 years for my dog. After I became unemployed I couldn't afford to have his ears  looked  at as he was having problems with them. A friend whose husband (who passed away) was a vet told me to go to my regular vet and ask if I could pay them weekly as she said a good vet would rather do that than allow an animal to suffer - NOT NOAH'S ARK! - When I asked - the "Nurse" went through a well rehearsed speech explaining why it was apparently impossible to do a payment plan. Got the impression they really didn't care and just wanted the money. i even sent them a letter after explaining my predicament and they sent back a shitty reply - wouldn't use these money grabbers again! We have used Noah's Ark veterinary clinic for 12+ years and have never had any problems what so ever, Mr Carl Temple always had time and he genuinely cared he made our dogs feel at ease and always made us feel at ease too. I had to take my eldest rottweiler Candy to the vets on 29 December 2016 to have her put to sleep she was ten and a half both myself and my husband were/are devastated. I don't know who the new vet is there but we were not happy with our experience with her..Can not fault the veterinary nurses but the new vet seemed very money motivated no compassion at all to how we were feeling. We asked if we could have Candy's 2 front fangs she said "I've never heard of that before and I don't know if we do it" (Carl Temple always did this procedure for my husband in the past and at the cost of 80) We called the vets o the 30 December 2016 and asked if they had done this for us, they had not.Then we were told they would have have to take her out of the freezer and they would charge us 500. We felt as though they were talking about a piece of meat. We are just so upset by this whole experience it's bad enough that we had to leave Candy there but feel as though they were exploiting us in our grief. We will be glad when Candy is picked up from there by Willow Haven and cremated and then brought back home. Where is the compassion with these newer vets or is it all about the money now......Mr Carl Tempe would of got a great review and 5 stars but now I have no words and 0 stars to give Unfortunately we had to give 1 star to post this . My dogs always felt like celebrities here. I used this Vet practice for over 6 years. Carl was always a font of knowledge and always gave credible probabilities to his prognosis of the various problems my dogs encountered in that time. They always seemed to charge less than other vets. Their deal with the local hospital has been invaluable during the years. Despite Carl's own health problems he has always taken care and pride in his work, feeling it more a duty than a chore, which shows. I have used this practice for over 25 years and have always felt really really confident in the service I have received from the Reception Nursing Team and the Vets themselves. I have had cause to spend a lot of money over the years but I have always felt I received excellent value for money and they saved my cat! I would thoroughly recommend them.
