I and all my present and past dogs have been with Ark House Vets for a very long time , maybe 10 years. The vets and veterinary nurses are always efficient, friendly and will always fit you in on the day. I even got a lift to and back home again in an emergency with my dog as I don't drive anymore. 🐕🐩🐱💕

I have been taking my pet to this vets for years now and can't fault the service and care that has been provided. They are central to town which makes picking up prescriptions easy which is always sorted and renewed on time. The staff are always pleasant, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this vets to anyone new to the area.

I have been using Ark House for many many years the vets are caring and very friendly. They're amazing and helped diagnose our dogs rare condition which made her sick after every meal. They've also cured her reoccurring ear infections with such care making sure we avoided putting her through major surgery! Very reasonably priced and I would not take our pets anywhere else! Thanks guys xx

Genuinly lovely caring thoughtful helpful staff.. I honestly can't praise them enough.. sadly my beautiful cat Gino was run over & one of these lovely lady's picked him up from roadside n bought him to work & to get to the point.. I was told about it & rang them to see if it was my cat which sadly it was and since then.. they hav kept him there for me & hav arrange a cremation for my very missed little cat & took all the stress away from me & jus made the whole process so much easier & this is all from the kindness of there hearts.. Thank you so much to the staff at Ark House you are all stars & definitely my other 2cats vet from now on

We took our cat into Ark House Vets for the first time today after transferring from another vets and were thrilled with the level of service we received. Even before the appointment we received emails with interesting information updating us about the practice & a text reminder of our appointment. The place itself is a really lovely & inviting place to take your fur babies to. All the staff were extremely professional, friendly & helpful & worked hard to make our cat feel safe, comfortable & happy whilst there. The vet who did his check up was so efficient that it was over before he knew it & he has never been that calm at a vets appointment before, which is wonderfully reassuring. We are so thrilled to find such a fantastic vet.

Our bunnies Atlas and Peanutbutter had 5* treatment (and then some!) when they were in for the dreaded snip. Spoilt rotten and monitored under expert eyes. My little boy was so happy to be reunited. We have used Ark House within our family for 30+ yrs and they have always been friendly and accommodating to our families pets needs. It's always a pleasure (when its not a sad situation) and my furbaby loves to come for a visit every now and then. I wouldn't contemplate using anywhere else because I know we get the best care here. Ark House have been our vets for a number of years and will be our vets as long as my family have pets. They also take care of our rescue dogs, over 300 a year. They are compassionate, professional and knowledgeable as well as being down to earth and incredibly understanding. I would travel miles to continue using them and will never be able to recommend them highly enough. Suffice to say, after 30+ years of choosing my own vets, these are the very best.

The vets are knowledgeable and always have time to explain what's happening, and what the options are. They are open minded and offer other services such as acupuncture. They always include me in my animals treatment, which I find comfortingly reassuring. having had animals for a number of years, they know that I have a little experience and talk to me at that level. I don't think they are expensive at all, they also have many seasonal offers which are great for people that really want to do the best for their animals. Certainly the previous review saying that they have paid 'twice as much' has never been my experience so they must have been going to a bit of a cheap vet! Anyway, the vets and staff at the Ark are great, the prices are fair and very comparable, and the service is always good.

I was told about it & rang them to see if it was my cat which sadly it was and since then.. they hav kept him there for me & hav arrange a cremation for my very missed little cat & took all the stress away from me & jus made the whole process so much easier & this is all from the kindness of there hearts.. Thank you so much to the staff at Ark House you are all stars & definitely my other 2cats vet from now on

We took our cat into Ark House Vets for the first time today after transferring from another vets and were thrilled with the level of service we received. Even before the appointment we received emails with interesting information updating us about the practice & a text reminder of our appointment. The place itself is a really lovely & inviting place to take your fur babies to. All the staff were extremely professional, friendly & helpful & worked hard to make our cat feel safe, comfortable & happy whilst there. The vet who did his check up was so efficient that it was over before he knew it & he has never been that calm at a vets appointment before, which is wonderfully reassuring. We are so thrilled to find such a fantastic vet.

I cannot sing AHV's praises enough! Friendly, supportive and kind at every stage from phone to procedure and aftercare. What an amazing team and practice! Our bunnies Atlas and Peanutbutter had 5* treatment (and then some!) when they were in for the dreaded snip. Spoilt rotten and monitored under expert eyes. My little boy was so happy to be reunited. Thank you, so happy with our choice of the best vets around!

The reason I give them 5 stars is the price is fair and service is second to none.Whenever I go there, the hospitality and they get to know who you are. How many seats do you need there?? The prices is to expensive??What price do one compare to the love of your pet and their health!!Enough said.I get email telling me when our two cats are due annual injection. Or if I need something drop them a email and get a good response back. The place is always clean and staff very helpful.One time I forgot my wallet. They put me down on the account and when home paid up. That what you expect from ark house. Good service.

We have used Ark House within our family for 30+ yrs and they have always been friendly and accommodating to our families pets needs. It's always a pleasure (when its not a sad situation) and my furbaby loves to come for a visit every now and then. I wouldn't contemplate using anywhere else because I know we get the best care here. Highly recommend to everyone if you want the best for your pets!

Ark House have been our vets for a number of years and will be our vets as long as my family have pets. They also take care of our rescue dogs, over 300 a year. They are compassionate, professional and knowledgeable as well as being down to earth and incredibly understanding. I would travel miles to continue using them and will never be able to recommend them highly enough. Suffice to say, after 30+ years of choosing my own vets, these are the very best.

The vets are knowledgeable and always have time to explain what's happening, and what the options are. They are open minded and offer other services such as acupuncture. They always include me in my animals treatment, which I find comfortingly reassuring. having had animals for a number of years, they know that I have a little experience and talk to me at that level. I don't think they are expensive at all, they also have many seasonal offers which are great for people that really want to do the best for their animals. Certainly the previous review saying that they have paid 'twice as much' has never been my experience so they must have been going to a bit of a cheap vet! Anyway, the vets and staff at the Ark are great, the prices are fair and very comparable, and the service is always good.
