My lovely cat was brought in having fallen ill at the cattery next door. She had been there many times and came home well, so we knew it was serious. Ken the vet called with updates, gave an honest assessment of her prospects sufficient that I could make the right decision with confidence, and the staff stayed beyond closing to let me say goodbye. They were as kind and caring as any vet I have ever been to, and not even my normal vet. Definitely considering making the switch for my other cat. They had my little middle aged Cavachon in today for a cystic lump removal, we weren’t previously registered with them and only got in contact initially as we couldn’t afford the price our vets at the time quoted to remove it. Heath & Reach quoted us £250 and we paid a total of £304.30 all in. Dropped him off at 9am and collected him at 14:30 in the afternoon. All the staff were really nice, kind and helpful I understood in the morning what to expect and I got a really clear and easy to understand instruction on his medications and aftercare when I collected him. Reasonably priced vets in a lively rural setting. The buildings are beautiful. The staff are friendly, approachable and caring. There is also a reasonably priced kennels and cattery on site run by the same people and given the quality of the vet care I would expect the kennels to be the same. Read Less

We had a bad experience with our previous vet and I felt very at ease after just the first visit to heath and reach once I'd registered my dog there. Everyone is lovely and is willing to explain everything to you and they are very keen to help animals in need for a very reasonable price... This is how a vets practice should be run! Read Less

I honestly can't find anything to fault. All the staff here a so helpful and friendly. They genuinely seem to care about your pets and nothing ever seems too much trouble. It is located in a really nice area. On top of all of that we couldn't believe how cheap all of the treatment we had was! Very highly recommended.Read Less

After Having a bad experience with another vet in milton keynes due to their lack of compassion for animals over money i was distraught left feeling like there is no humanity left. It felt like id had just walked out of hell... And then i was told about Heath And Reach Vets , The moment we arrived I felt an instant relief even before getting out of my car, Then when we get in there and that feeling was amplified 100 times.
