My cat has pododermatitis. We had a video call and a consultant agreed that it's pododermatitis. Today I called to speak with the vet, review the video and get a prescription. Guess what? The vets are busy, they can put me on "call return" list but no one knows what day and what time I will be contacted! I asked if they could book me for face-to-face appointment. All they offered me was a midday appointment. I explained that I work and can not bring my cat midday and was advised to call at 08:30 in the morning to find out what appointments are available on a day. I explained once more that my working day begins at 08:00 and finishes at 15:45. The receptionists said they have no evening appointments and I should call at 08:30. It was like a bad case of Groundhog Day! OK, I asked if the vet could review the video of my cat's paw and just send me a prescription. The answer was "no"! So, my cat needs treatment but vets don't have a suitable appointment or any desire to call me back, or review the video and send a prescription. Bravo! Read Less
