Can be delays often due to emergencies but staff are great, shame they aren't open late like Milton Keynes branch till 10pm.

Thoughtful and kind at a difficult time.
We had to have an emergency appointment in a Sunday as our best friend was taken ill. As we expected the prognosis for our old friend was not good and we had to take the heartbreaking decision all pet owners face.
The receptionist vet and veterinarian were really supportive, kind and understanding. Allowing us time to be alone and did not put any time pressure on us.
Many thanks for your kindness on such an awful day.

I've been taking my dog to this vet since bringing him home and it is a joy to visit. Every member of staff from reception to nursing to doctors are amazing. You never feel like your pet's health is secondary. I would highly recommend.
