Vets are Generally quite young and inexperienced. Wouldn't choose for a massive operation or special condition but would use for general complaints and unnoculations - run-of-the-mill treatments. They offer a loyalty card scheme which is a good idea. Read Less

My experience isn't a great one on a personal level, as we had to make the very tough decision of whether to put our dog to sleep. BUT the staff at Kynoch couldn't have been more supportive. They were on the phone, reassuring me, if I spoke to someone different, they still knew who I was and why I was calling which saved me the pain of having to describe my dog 'Sonny-Jim's' symptoms. Chris (vet) was so gentle and kind with my dog, he was understanding, reassuring of my dog's care and generally outstanding at such a difficult time as were each and every one of the receptionists.
