Have been enjoying good service for last 16 years, however on recent visit under Covid rules, plus refurb works I found much to be improved /addressed..having to wait outside ok, why not supply some rudementary seating and/or cover from the elements, on our day fine, but what if it rained? Having to find an upturned plastic box as a seat not what one expected from my previous experience of such a caring practice.

Simon and the team at Kelperland are brilliant. From the moment you arrive at reception it is obvious that they are thoroughly professional, kind and have a touching concern and empathy for you and your pets. They really love seeing Sophie and recently, when she had a few problems, they couldn't do enough for her. I've been using Kelperland for almost twenty years and would recommend them to everyone.

Exceptional service. When our Bella got very sick Simon and his team were very understanding and kind and did everything help her. The receptionists and nurses are very professional and always on hand to answer questions. We received great treatment. When she had to be put to sleep the staff were very compassionate . I really felt we were in the best hands and would highly recommend them.

We have been coming to Kelperland for 10 years+. We started coming to them originally as we had Birds of Prey and they specialised in exotics but we now also take our 4 dogs, ferrets, tortoise and Goshawk there too. Not long ago our Spaniel ripped a vein open on his leg that was spurting blood and they literally saw us within 20 minutes of calling and we were treated and out within 10 minutes. Brilliant service - great staff. Highly recommended by all our furry & feathered family - Banjo, Buddy, Ernie, Chockie, Pongo & Athena. x

Simon and his team are absolutely Fantastic. I was very concerned about Louie's operation I was re assured they would look after him. I was kept updated throughout the procedure of his treatment. We took Louie back today for a check up and the team once again are very welcoming and put Louie at ease. His operation went fantastic and his recovery in such a short time has been incredible. I highly recommend simon and his team for a very personal service where you are truly looked after. Thank you for all your hard work xxx

Never felt so comfortable and at ease at a veterinary practice before. Feels like I've known all the staff for years, and Simon is so genuinely caring and understanding and has so much time for every individual, both pet and owner! I've taken my own dogs to the practice for the past 15 years, and due to the great service received, the owner of the 8 mountain dogs of whom I am kennel maid for would also not go anywhere else now. With 2 sick dogs in 1 week and the owner away...I wouldn't have been able to cope without the support of kelperland! cannot thank you enough and I would recommend you everytime!

I have been using Kelperland for about 20 years and I am so glad that we have Simon now. My poor old boy Dylan has been my faithful companion for over 15 years and has recently lost his footing on my stairs. He was in alot of pain and very distressed but Simon and the practice nurse were great with him and helped me. Thankfully he is doing well now following me up and down stairs sitting with me whilst I am in my craft room. A great big thankyou.

Never felt so comfortable and at ease at a veterinary practice before. Feels like I've known all the staff for years, and Simon is so genuinely caring and understanding and has so much time for every individual, both pet and owner! I've taken my own dogs to the practice for the past 15 years, and due to the great service received, the owner of the 8 mountain dogs of whom I am kennel maid for would also not go anywhere else now. With 2 sick dogs in 1 week and the owner away...I wouldn't have been able to cope without the support of kelperland! cannot thank you enough and I would recommend you everytime!

I have been using Kelperland for about 20 years and I am so glad that we have Simon now. My poor old boy Dylan has been my faithful companion for over 15 years and has recently lost his footing on my stairs. He was in alot of pain and very distressed but Simon and the practice nurse were great with him and helped me. Thankfully he is doing well now following me up and down stairs sitting with me whilst I am in my craft room. A great big thankyou.

I have been taking my two dogs Molly & Maggy to Kelperland for the last 4 years. I always find the staff very pleasant and helpful. The vets treat my dogs like their own and are very caring. I would recommend Kelperland to anyone in Berkshire who wants their pets to be cared for like they deserve to be. Parking is also excellent unlike some other practices.
