Incredibly helpful and skilled. In the few cases where they haven't been able to diagnose or treat my cat they have actively tried to find somewhere that can. They also have a useful out of hours service in case anything arises whilst they're closed. Read Less

Everyone at Beechwood is very kind and friendly. One of my Cats had to have most of his teeth removed last year, he had x-rays, 2 operations and 7 check-ups during this time to ensure he was healing properly, I even got several phone calls to update and reassure me during each of his operations ,all costs were included in his healthy pet club fixed dental fee which was a very reasonable price and much cheaper than other vets charge. The staff show great care towards all my cats, are always very thorough with their consultations and advise and also listen to any concerns I have. I would definitely recommend them. Read Less

I've been using Beechwood Vets since 2008 and (since I have five dogs) that's meant a fair amount of both routine and emergency treatment over the years including complicated surgical procedures and chemotherapy. I can't fault the treatment my pets have received and have always found the staff to be relentlessly cheerful, friendly, sympathetic and, most importantly, professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I can't say my dogs enjoy their visits to Beechwood (!) but I do feel that their healthcare is in the best hands. Read Less

Reception staff, nurses and vets have all been helpful and supportive during a difficult few months. Used common sense and analysis rather than surgery to bottom out what was wrong with a very ill whippet. Emergency set up worked well with with an over night stay and a smooth transition back to Beechwood. Insurance claims processed speedily, which always helps! Read Less

I really enjoyed my experience at Beechwood Veterinary Centre. Firstly, the staff were really friendly to me, my family and my dog. Secondly, the inside was very clean and I like it how they have a section where cats wait and where dogs wait. The one thing I would change is the parking; they have very few places to park and they have spaces right behind other spaces which means that the cars behind are blocked in. The nurses were all very enthusiastic to take care of every animal small or big, young or old. Read Less

We have used Beechwood Vets for over 12 years and wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending their Team to any one in the area. Rachael and her Team make you feel reassured and treat every animal, big or small, as part of your family. We have had numerous pets over the years with specific issues, including one of our guinea pigs called Rosie who had a very rare condition with her bladder. Rosie was treated with reference to their specialist team core over the greater Thames Valley area providing a huge back up of support. The nurses are always enthusiastic and love to meet any pet, old or young. We feel that Beechwood Vets are an extended part of our family. This is having had years of advice and trust from the various vets there. It does not come easily but is built over time. I would definitely recommend Beechwood Vets. Read Less
