I was horrified when my wife booked a cat into this bunch of money grabbing idiots after they missed a cancer the size of a grapefruit after weeks of expensive and incompetent investigation which killed my spaniel a number of years ago - That was Fiona Strange, Anyway I was charged £210 for a short consultation, some pain control meds and a blood test and now a week later they refuse to give me the test results because my wife made the booking despite me bringing the cat in and me paying for it. Its a 19 YO cat who does not need data protection woke garbage I am extremely irritated and want the test monies refunded before I take the whole stupid tale to trading standards. I'll bet you never list this review. 1 star is way too high a rating...............Ian Cheshire

Burghfield Vets are great with my temperamental terrier. She has gone from fully refusing to enter the building to now entering knowing the Vet has gravy bones on hand! I wouldn't go anywhere else for...
Burghfield Vets are great with my temperamental terrier. She has gone from fully refusing to enter the building to now entering knowing the Vet has gravy bones on hand! I wouldn't go anywhere else for the care my pets need. Thank you to all the staff at Burghfield for your service and expertise.

A huge thankyou to Rachel and all the wonderful staff who looked after mollie our springer during and after her speying. Her scar is like a piece of art it's so neat! I was so worried for her and you all put my mind at ease. Our other spaniel will definitely be coming to you guys to be speyed when the time is right. Thanks again xx

These vets do not approach with the experience of a common-sense approach to what proved to be a simple common ailment. They ran up a bill of hundreds of pounds whilst my cat was still suffering. I pa...
These vets do not approach with the experience of a common-sense approach to what proved to be a simple common ailment. They ran up a bill of hundreds of pounds whilst my cat was still suffering. I paid up and found another vet who immediately prescribed treatment at a tenth of the price . I was told by a Burghfield vet their philosophy is to test in order to diagnose.. plausible maybe but when i questioned their over testing they said i should not have a cat or get insurance ... (a separate issue to running up a massive bill for individuals or insurance companies for what turns out to be a a simple problem. They criticised me for questioning the bill that was hundreds of pounds and no treatment plus wanting to carry further tests!! Thank God I took my cay to a different Vets!
