Appealing. I’ve grown up in an animal owning family for 28 years, have pets myself to this day and I’ve never seen a place as money orientated as this place. My insurance was days from beginning as we rescued a famished cat and to cut a long story short, because we didn’t have thousands of pounds nothing was done besides forms being whipped in front of me and verbal pressure about her exploding to sign her over. In my shock, upset and poor judgement I did. I’ve since been told by other vets there were alternatives available (payment plans, charity help etc) but nothing was explored. Now the cat we rescued and wanted to give a loving home has been taken away and chucked into the system, a system that allows multiple cats to be adopted as bait for fighting dogs (Google it.) If you love your pet and like me, would do anything to not be devastated to the core, PLEASE look elsewhere. Read Less
