We needed to use the out of hours vets service for our cat who had a severely broken jaw on a Sunday afternoon - they were great and have been helpful every time we have been in and we felt our cat was in good hands with them. The nurses clearly love animals and make a big fuss of them!

I have used this veterinary practice for the last 9 years, and have always been delighted with the service received and the caring attitude of all the lovely staff towards my now elderly cat, who has a couple of long-term health issues and needs to be seen regularly. I would thoroughly recommend this practice, particularly vet Lucy, who we usually see, who is wonderful with my cat and has treated her health conditions really well. Conveniently located in the centre of Twyford, with plenty of parking, the practice has separate waiting areas for cats and dogs, which is a nice touch!

Just enquired with regards to getting my dog treated for tapeworm and the passport certified for a short weekend break in France as the treatment can be done in the UK if you are returning to the UK within 120 hours. I could not get this done in my registered vet as they are not OV certified.
I was informed they could do this but the dog needs to be registered with them and have a full health check at the cost of 45.00 plus cost of worming treatment
I found this quite strange as when I have had the treatment done in France at an OV certified vet this was never the case.
Just found them incredibly unhelpful.
Just returned from the vets based in pets at home whom administered the worming treatments and simply charged for the cost of the medication and completed the passports and they simply charged for the cost of the medication.
The attitude difference was amazing and would recommend the vets based at pets at home on Basingstoke road. Apart from this for two dogs I calculated the difference in cost of 90.00 cheaper than Twyford Veterinary Centre for administering a tablet and stamping a passport.
