I would recommend both surgeries to everyone. Jethro loved going to the vets and loved all the staff especially Stephen (junior). Thank you for everything.

Steve, Charlotte and the excellent veterinary nurses looked after my boxer Robbie until he passed away at home on 6th December 2015...Robbie was a difficult dog, tried to bite both Charlotte and Steve...
Steve, Charlotte and the excellent veterinary nurses looked after my boxer Robbie until he passed away at home on 6th December 2015...Robbie was a difficult dog, tried to bite both Charlotte and Steve on occasion , and then could not visit the surgery at all due to seizures (one in the car park in the rain!!) and con-genitive heart failure...despite that his care was excellent and so very understanding. Telephone 'surgeries' and medication amendments and recommendations - all helped him live a good life for 18 months longer than expected...and in no distress...a home visit in his last hours to put him to rest - although he died in our arms just as Charlotte and lovely nurse arrive at 6,30am on a miserable Sunday morning.....A++ vets and veterinary care.
When (not if) we get another pet - we will have no hesitation in coming back to you guys....thanks from the bottom of my heart :)

After we were initially sent home by another vet, she went above and beyond and performed all the tests to come up with a proper diagnosis. Charlotte THANK YOU so much from all of us it is so nice to have Thor back home and back to his normal self.

Have been using Steve and the team at Valley Vets now for years. It gives me real piece of mind that Sky (our 10 year old cocker spaniel) is in safe hands with Steve and the team. If your looking for a Vet in Reading I would highly recommend these guys. I certainly wouldn't use anyone else now.

After we were initially sent home by another vet, she went above and beyond and performed all the tests to come up with a proper diagnosis. Charlotte THANK YOU so much from all of us it is so nice to have Thor back home and back to his normal self.
