At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own.
Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.

Ive just been through the worst of times..saying a final farewell to my ancient companion..my 17 year old dog,Bonnie.Vets for pets were just so caring and supportive talking me through my decision and what it involved.my bonnie slipped away with love and dignity,i will be eternally gratefull for all the staffs care.they have never let any of my animals down,and are always so friendly and helpful.

Have been bringing my kitten here since birth for his shots and brought him back today after neutering, staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful, thanks to the team!

These guys act like they don't give a crap about anything.
Customer service: the worst I have ever seen. Vets are supposed to be welcoming and friendly. The two vets I have interacted with for my kit...
These guys act like they don't give a crap about anything.
Customer service: the worst I have ever seen. Vets are supposed to be welcoming and friendly. The two vets I have interacted with for my kitten's visits just seemed like they wanted to get the job done ASAP and charge the 60 equally as fast.
To get through to the receptionist expect having to call 2/3 times and wait for them to pick up the phone while you hear the ring sound for at least 5 minutes. Funny, one ocassion I tried calling them when I was on my way to let them know I was stuck in traffic and wouldn't be able to make it to the appointment on time, and they didn't pick up. When I got there I saw the receptionist relaxing at the desk. She was ruthlessly rude and racist too.
Vet care: OK from our experience with our kitten. From previous experiences through, independent veterinary practices provide better care.
Location: fine. 5m drive from Central Slough.
Would I recommend them? Absolutely not.
