I couldn't believe that when I called our own registered vet this morning to book his follow on appointment, that you had already sent over all of his details. Each of your staff were so warm and supportive. I really appreciated the update phone calls and the fact that you said I could call anytime if I wanted to see how he was. Hopefully, we won't need to see you again anytime soon, but it's very reassuring to know you are there if we need you. Thank you so much.

Our wonderful Toby, a lab collie cross, died early Sunday morning. We have literally just moved to the area and his first appointment was due this Friday. Nevertheless, they answered our call and prepared to take him immediately, despite the time. When I got there the lady was very helpful and sympathetic. Our 5 year old daughter would have been distraught if she had woken and found him if we hadn't been able to take him immediately. Thank you so much.

All the staff are fantastic. Molly our greyhound loves to pop in to say hello and they all make a fuss of her. On Wednesday 20/07/16 she went in to have 17 teeth removed, no mean feat for a 12 year old, Emily and the rest of the staff looked after her overnight. I am pleased to say she is recovering well.

I have only recently started using Emmview, but have found it vastly superior to our previous Vets. The service we have received so far has been very friendly and professional. The costs are slightly greater than the budget vets, but we have found the difference in service to be very good in comparison. They also operate a healthy pet club which helps to spread the cost of treatments. We found this to be good value-for-money whilst the cats are young.

The costs are slightly greater than the budget vets, but we have found the difference in service to be very good in comparison.
