Excellent Vet Care. Helped diagnose a non straight forward issue with one of our Cats. Talking through the process, and worked to keep the costs down with only the relevant treatments and procedures. The cat had seen 3 previous vets, all of which completely failed to find the issue in question. We now take all the Fuzzy Family to this practice only. Read Less

I have seen three vets with my pet and feel that only one of them had empathy, really knew what they were talking about, explained things properly, had good client service skills and tried to keep the costs down (without causing further undue stress to my pet). I have dealt with three receptionists, one was quite blunt with a 'take it or leave it attitude', one was helpful but it was clear she was also dealing with a busy reception at the time of my call and the other was helpful but was insensitive on one occasion. The mark-up prices are high. Read Less
