I took my dog Norman here today for a his annual check up and jabs. He was incredibly nervous, hiding under my legs while we waited to see the vet but I couldn’t have been more impressed and grateful for the way Maddie the vet treated Norman. To make him as relaxed as possible she voluntarily sat on the floor with us and completed his check up there. I know it’s no surprise that a vet is good with animals but Maddie went above and beyond to give us the best experience and within a few minutes Norman was eating the biscuits she was giving him and visibly so much calmer even when having his jab. Couldn’t be more grateful, Wendover Heights are so lucky to have this vet. Thank you Maddie! Read Less

Then we were told he needs to see a specialist. No problem with that. We waited another 2 weeks to hear about appointment as we were told, went to see why the delay and were told "oh, we forgot to refer him". So thanks to their incompetence the dog was in pain for far longer. The new vet examined him and treated him correctly the same week. Read Less
