Then rung back we need see her now
I told them it's the worst timing regards of money
They said were sort it when we've seen her
I took her there they saw her arm
I was then made feel threated by stress being told we can either badge her or put her to sleep now without caring for how it made me feel and daughter to be told U can pay so we either badge but U still got pay up
Or we put her sleep they put me under alot pressure not nice feeling
I didn't want to lose my girl
Over broken wrist
I said just badge it
Then U need bring her back tomorrow but U need pay again.im like I don't have this sort money right now
Agian they don't care about how U feel has it's my fault what happened and towards the payment side
I didn't eat for 2 days full of stress trying sort money
They pestering me pay now ! Or get payment collection at your home
It's disgusting behaviour!

They didn't even check her over hen in her care like her heart I was so upset to I and my dog was treated
Threating to take my dog of me to woodgreen all because didn't have this money up front I told them get lost
I got help from RSPCA they told me take her to a different vets for better advice when I did I get told worse news she had heart 😭and nothing could be done regards age and cos of her break I was broken
1 vet4pets didn't check this at London road

I sadly lost my little girl 🐕I miss so much but if vet4pets only was the one took her of her they could of killed her without checking her needs like her heart witch I've been told all vets are ment to do while under there care
Yet 2days ago I had a rude call after a letter to say u are no longer on our register. How stupid

I took my cat to 'Vets for Pets' in Bedford at the very beginning of the month, seeing a vet called Michalis Christoforou.
I have serious concerns about her health, due to her serious and uncharacteristic behaviour of late.
He was totally dismissive, uninterested, and diagnosed her as suffering from stress, even though he asked no questions whatsoever, and didn't even look at her.
What an arrogant, unprofessional man, and a total waste of £45.
After no improvement in her condition, I will now need to take her to another vets to get a proper check - up done.
I'm very frustrated and angry that she is still suffering, and the way we were both ripped off by this person.
And I definitely won't be going to Vets for Pets ever again!

In my opinion the best vets in Bedford. Caring and understanding staff all round. Great service and never had to wait more than a couple of days for a routine app. Follow up service is great and the prices are ok unlike other practices. Always polite on the phone and the vets are really understanding and supportive. I have no intention of ever changing even if I move never felt more understood where pets are concerned. Well done to everyone in the practice.

Our cat has developed a limp hind leg and is struggling to walk, after the initial visit to Bedford Vets4Pets for consultation, it was advised that because of his age that it could be possible build up of calcium between his spine joints, and that they would require to do x-rays and blood samples for proper diagnosis.
After a follow up appointment for x-rays and bloods we have now been been told that there is no calcium build and have given us no explanation as to our cats problem.
After a hefty £530 combined bill, we still do not know why he is still limping and are no further forward. Very disappointed!

This is the worst vet I have every experienced.our dog was run over by a car I rushed him to the vet they refused to treat him until we paid £100 there attitude was more towards the money rather than the care of the dog I then phoned the rspca who was very helpful only for one of the vets4pets to confront and argue with me for calling the rspca please .people think twice before taking any of your much loved pets to this terrible vets. We took are dog home he's now doing ok .please do not pay attention to the star I never meant to click on it.

Don't ask to pay a large bill (£850) by instalments, NO CREDIT FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS, so had to pay £105 for euthanasia, paid up front because I wouldn't be in the mood to pay after the event, on the occasion of my pet's death I couldn't do it because the problem was only causing discomfort so thought I would keep (dog) alive a bit longer, keep the money I said because euthanasia is unavoidable in the near future, no problem sir, we can keep your money !!!! I won't keep another pet without getting insurance - and I'll find another vet, although the staff are Ok, the large company are money orientated, well you just lost 850 smakers !
Ps sorry that was a rant at company policy,the staff are friendly and careing and professional

I've been brining my three cats here for many years and the service they get is always outstanding. One recently became quite poorly, but with their quick actions and tests we've now got our old cat back who couldn't be doing better! I couldn't recommend them more.

Took our dog in for annual check and vaccinations. Staff are always so friendly and professional. Nicole is the best and always remembers our pets even if she hasn't treated them for awhile.

VET'S FOR CASH!! Don't ask to pay a large bill (£850) by instalments, NO CREDIT FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS, so had to pay £105 for euthanasia, paid up front because I wouldn't be in the mood to pay after the event, on the occasion of my pet's death I couldn't do it because the problem was only causing discomfort so thought I would keep (dog) alive a bit longer, keep the money I said because euthanasia is unavoidable in the near future, no problem sir, we can keep your money !!!! I won't keep another pet without getting insurance - and I'll find another vet, although the staff are Ok, the large company are money orientated, well you just lost 850 smakers !
Ps sorry that was a rant at company policy,the staff are friendly and careing and professional

Amazing head nurse, Wendy, caring, kind, and nothing is too much trouble! Highly recommend the whole practice, I would never go anywhere else.
