I love the Vet Centre! I've been going to the Maids Moreton site for a few years now and have always had wonderful, friendly service! They quite literally saved my cats life a couple of years ago, with surgery and all the right medication and gave him the most amazing care - he made a full and speedy recovery, my animals love them and aren't fazed by going to the vets at all - in fact the dog gets quite excited to see everbody. Couldnt ask for a better vetinary practice!

I can honestly not thank you enough! We brought our marmite the hamster to you this eve to Old Stratford (firstly I want to thank you so much for hanging on for us) and secondly want to say how lovely, kind and helpful Kate and Jane were, marmite may only be a hamster to some but she's a very much loved pet for me, hubby and two children, I am so so grateful to you for helping her, (I'll keep you posted on how she gets in after the antibiotics) xx

Bloody useless!
Do not waste your time with this practice. They are terrible with their admin and their Equine practice does not know what they are talking about. I was on a yard that had all of the horses registered with this practice and in the space of a month they all ended their custom with them due to terrible service from the admin team and the receptionist was as useful as a chocolate teapot.
Each time a follow up appointment was requested for the various cases and horses within the set time period ordered by the Vet themselves, The receptionists would not allow for appointments making periods get extended between consultations and resulting treatments!
As a result the horses have suffered and the owners have lost money!

I love the Vet Centre! I've been going to the Maids Moreton site for a few years now and have always had wonderful, friendly service! They quite literally saved my cats life a couple of years ago, with surgery and all the right medication and gave him the most amazing care - he made a full and speedy recovery, my animals love them and aren't fazed by going to the vets at all - in fact the dog gets quite excited to see everbody. Do not waste your time with this practice. They are terrible with their admin and their Equine practice does not know what they are talking about. I was on a yard that had all of the horses registered with this practice and in the space of a month they all ended their custom with them due to terrible service from the admin team and the receptionist was as useful as a chocolate teapot.
