The vets are amazing !! Thoughtful, caring and empathetic. I've never felt that the vet dealing with my pet (chicken, cat or dog) wasn't 100% dedicated to its best possible care. Sadly many of the reception / office staff are rude, unhelpful and from a different era. Some seem quite simply set on belittling you and making any process as difficult as possible After the treatment of my dog during a recent visit I have filed a formal complaint with the RCVS. I would not recommend this practice.

All the staff are friendly and genuinely love animals. When Basil our British Blue had to be put to sleep last year Jane was gentle, caring and compassionate. Basil was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. That meant a great deal to us. I would not hesitate in recommending Windmill Vets, in my view they're the best

always such great care, they were so kind to both our old two cats, even when our cat toby passed away while we were away. Showed such care to my gerbil Pickle who had to have an operation on her ear!...
always such great care, they were so kind to both our old two cats, even when our cat toby passed away while we were away. Showed such care to my gerbil Pickle who had to have an operation on her ear! And are the best for my sisters 3 cats. Fantastic place, all the staff are lovely and so helpful x

The vets are amazing !! Thoughtful, caring and empathetic. I've never felt that the vet dealing with my pet (chicken, cat or dog) wasn't 100% dedicated to its best possible care. Sadly many of the reception / office staff are rude, unhelpful and from a different era.
