The vets are amazing !! Thoughtful, caring and empathetic. I've never felt that the vet dealing with my pet (chicken, cat or dog) wasn't 100% dedicated to its best possible care. Sadly many of the reception / office staff are rude, unhelpful and from a different era. Some seem quite simply set on belittling you and making any process as difficult as possible After the treatment of my dog during a recent visit I have filed a formal complaint with the RCVS. I would not recommend this practice.Read Less
