The last time we took Cookie, our dog here for a general check up, the vet was really good - caring for our dog and making an effort to put him at ease, very thorough and not rushing and very pleasant with us.
She advised us that our dog needed to lose weight.
We met with Michelle, a specialist dietary nurse, who thoroughly researched the calorie value of the food we gave our dog. She warned us to cut out dental sticks and told us how much of our existing dog food to give him to lose weight gradually.
Michelle monitored our dog over three months until he got down to the correct weight by following her advice.
We are very happy with the vet and with Michelle. They were both unhurried and very pleasant.

Amazing staff, my Shiba went bin raiding and ate alot of cherry and raisin cake. Unbelievably helpful fast and just amazing. Extremely thankful they were open late and I won't forget how fast they rushed him in for treatment!
He's doing great and loving the sunny days out to the local forest. Without you guys it is possible he wouldn't be here now. He and I will never be able to thank you enough!

Excellent place to obtain all your Pets requirements. Well laid out Store with staff that are very polite and helpful. The Vets advise us well, answering our questions, putting our minds at ease if we are concerned. Our Puppy, Storm, enjoys her time there as much as we do.

Shame as normally a nice place to take my dog when treatment is needed.
This time completely different. Wasn't interested in helping us at all. Was waiting for about 2 mins to even be acknowledged. Poor customer service.
Will change my vets now and never go back there from now on.

There is couple wrong things with that Vet:
1 its on first floor than if your dog have problem with walking you can use elevator- which doesn't have walls- my dog it's terrifying when walls are moving...

1 its on first floor than if your dog have problem with walking you can use elevator- which doesn't have walls- my dog it's terrifying when walls are moving
2 waiting room it's really small and if your dog hate other dogs like mine that's really scary place to be
3 receptionists think about money only- one time after when my dog had surgery there, she didn't want reunite us with dog until payments are done( I was hear him crying for about 30 min before we finish filling up insurance paperwork) and they try to convince us then if you using insurance you need to pay and than claim your money- which isn't true
4 vets there don't know really what they doing there- my dog was huge lump on elbow and was treated with antibacterial soap ( sell me that for 10/10ml- amazon selling same thing for 18/5l), than some cream and after that we start asking them to do some tests, X-rays, we asked them for antibiotics pain killers and eventually surgery- we ask for that also.
Than generally you pay 35 for visit only and writing prescriptions. Thank you we're much
