Very disappointed today (Sunday). I phoned the out-of-hours number because my dog had a problem with his ear which was causing a lot of discomfort. I asked if it was possible for him to be seen and was told very abruptly "No, this is for emergencies only. Phone tomorrow and make an appointment" Luckily, other vets were open. I will have to rethink my veterinary arrangements in future. Read Less

Our 13 year old cat had a stroke and had to be put to sleep 7 hours later. If humans were treated the way my cat was, we would have an amazing NHS. He was treated with compassion and kindness, as were myself and my husband. Nothing was to .much trouble, and I'm fully aware I would have been difficult to deal with. We were able to be with him at the end and spend precious time with him after. Although it was late in the night we were not rushed in anyway. Although our hearts are breaking, the experience at marshlands really helped us cope with such a stressful situation. An amazing team ..... Thank you. Read Less

Our 13 year old cat had a stroke and had to be put to sleep 7 hours later. If humans were treated the way my cat was, we would have an amazing NHS. He was treated with compassion and kindness, as were myself and my husband. Nothing was to .much trouble, and I'm fully aware I would have been difficult to deal with.
