Very impressed with this lovely surgery. I was visiting my mum when my dog became very poorly. They listened to my concerns and quickly carried out appropriate tests. Very thorough examination leaving no stone unturned. I had a little wait one day but with such thorough consultations that's occasionally to be expected. I would rather wait and have the certainty of a in depth health check then feel rushed in a consultation and risk something being missed. Thanks for all your support the past week. We made an appointment to do all vaccinations to our dog explicitly saying that we need normal ones and rabies as well because we travel abroad. They agreed and in principle did it but today when checking the dog passport in preparation for our Christmas trip to visit the family, we realized that this vaccination was missing. The vaccination needs to be applied at least 21 days before departure so we do not have time anymore to do it. Thanks to this vet we will spend our Christmas here without being able to visit family because our dog cannot stay in kennels (last time we did it he got stressed and stop eating) and now thanks to Arbury Road Vet he cannot travel either. If this vet is so unreliable in something as simple as vaccinations, I am wondering whether they can be trusted for something as serious as surgery or even medication. I certainly won't take the risk.Read Less
