Took my dog there as they have always been his vets, was 5 minutes past closing and even though my dog was bleeding they told me "its too late, we're locking up now, you'll have to make an appointment...
Took my dog there as they have always been his vets, was 5 minutes past closing and even though my dog was bleeding they told me "its too late, we're locking up now, you'll have to make an appointment". Appallingly cruel service, will never use them again.

Brilliant vets, been with them for years, moved out of area but still go to them as have not found another vet so caring and understanding, not all about the money.

Been our vet for over 20 years covering everything from large animals to small fluffies. Very professional, very caring, highly skilled. We trust their judgement absolutely. I will not forget the night Simon sat with us for almost two hours on a snowing winter's evening in a shed waiting for us to be able to make a very difficult decision to put down a much loved animal. It was as if he had all the time in the world.

Sadly we had to have our special best buddy Sparkey put to sleep last week. The staff at Ashcroft were fantastic I couldn't have wished for better. They were so patient when it took over an hour as Sparkey was very stressed. I would definitely recommend Ashcroft to anyone who will listen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my family x

Been our vet for over 20 years covering everything from large animals to small fluffies. Very professional, very caring, highly skilled. We trust their judgement absolutely. I will not forget the night Simon sat with us for almost two hours on a snowing winter's evening in a shed waiting for us to be able to make a very difficult decision to put down a much loved animal. It was as if he had all the time in the world.
