I am so glad that we brought our hamster to see Claire. Her patient manner (to pet and human!) is lovely. She explained the options very clearly including the cost. Ginger is now back at home with some pain relief and much happier. She went outside in the garden today and have a happy hamster and 2 happy little girls. Thank you for giving ginger the best care available.

I was a vet tech for almost 8 years so I know quality care. My hedgehog was very sick and they worked me into the schedule that morning. The receptionists were very kind when I checked in. It was very clean. I was seen a few minutes before my appointment time. The doctor was very kind and understanding that I was worried. Unfortunately, my little Luna didn't make it. With that being said, they were very kind and the technician gave me a warm hug. They put my heart at ease that she was loved and cared for all the way til the end. A week later, I even received a sympathy card from the doctor and the rest of their staff. If I ever decide to get another hedgehog, they will be the clinic I choose. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place.

However it was the first time in my life I was asked to pay £15 pounds for insurance processing which is the job of completing half a page form with vet details and sending it off. For a surgery in Cambridge that charges London prices asking their customers to pay for insurance processing is a deliberate statement of greed. Will not go back.

Went to the practice with our 2 rabbits and the appointment was band on time, the vet was clearly very experienced with rabbits and thorough in the examination. The car park was very quiet when we arrived and was very easy to get parked. The waiting room might be a bit smaller if there are multiple big pets, but overall was very satisfied!

I've always come here to have my cat checked whenever I found something wrong. Very caring and knowledgeable professionals. Usually able to get appointments promptly unless it's a weekend. They are open till 6.30pm on a weekday which also helps. Big reception area, lots of free parking which is definitely a big plus in central cambridge. Will recommend to anyone looking for a vet.

I really like the vets here and have had very good advice from them. Would definitely recommend over the other practices we've attended in the area. But I would caution over the pricing of their medication: they have just charged me over 5 per ml for Metacam that I have bought in the past for 50p per ml online. Even allowing for their 13 prescription charge, it is worth shopping around online to avoid very high mark-ups on medication, if it's a non-urgent item.

My cat was bleeding ( quite a lot ) from a large lump on her stomach that had been there for about 6 months which the vet told us not to worry about because it wasn't hurting her... ( this lump litterally looked like a blueberry, no joke )
So we rang the vets, but we couldn't take the cat in for three hours because we didn't have an appointment and they don't take walk in's. When we finally took her in, they basically told us that they wouldn't treat her/ opperate on her because we didn't have the money for it (operation would cost 300+) on us at the time. Then they quite Rudely suggested we take her elsewhere ( bare in mind my the white underbelly of my cat was covered in blood, it looked horrific). We had to take our 'Bloody' cat home clean the wound ourselves THEY DIDNT EVEN CLEAN THE WOUND FFS!!! We still don't even know what the lump is or what caused it.
They are still charging us 40 for the 'consultation' . They are charging us 40 for telling us to go home!!! Ridiculous!!!
(We have a payment plan here with our dog and we wanted the same thing for the cat so we could pay off the bill in sections, but they refused to do this which doesn't make any sense because we have ALWAYS payed off the bills in full and on time)

I've rated a 5 star but it would be more if I could. I want to say a big thank you to Iain Cope and all the nurses and the receptionists. All of the staff are so kind helpful and polite. They are currently treating my axolotl and have already got him eating ! I have never been this happy with a veterinary service and will be definitely bringing all my animals here in future. Harley my axolotl isn't out of the woods yet but without the amazing cambridge veterianry group team he wouldn't stand a chance. Thank you, thank you,thank you. For everything you have done. I've always come here to have my cat checked whenever I found something wrong. Very caring and knowledgeable professionals. Usually able to get appointments promptly unless it's a weekend. They are open till 6.30pm on a weekday which also helps. Big reception area, lots of free parking which is definitely a big plus in central cambridge. Will recommend to anyone looking for a vet.

I really like the vets here and have had very good advice from them. Would definitely recommend over the other practices we've attended in the area. But I would caution over the pricing of their medication: they have just charged me over 5 per ml for Metacam that I have bought in the past for 50p per ml online. Even allowing for their 13 prescription charge, it is worth shopping around online to avoid very high mark-ups on medication, if it's a non-urgent item.

My cat was bleeding ( quite a lot ) from a large lump on her stomach that had been there for about 6 months which the vet told us not to worry about because it wasn't hurting her... ( this lump litterally looked like a blueberry, no joke )
So we rang the vets, but we couldn't take the cat in for three hours because we didn't have an appointment and they don't take walk in's. When we finally took her in, they basically told us that they wouldn't treat her/ opperate on her because we didn't have the money for it (operation would cost 300+) on us at the time. Then they quite Rudely suggested we take her elsewhere ( bare in mind my the white underbelly of my cat was covered in blood, it looked horrific). We had to take our 'Bloody' cat home clean the wound ourselves THEY DIDNT EVEN CLEAN THE WOUND FFS!!! We still don't even know what the lump is or what caused it.
They are still charging us 40 for the 'consultation' . They are charging us 40 for telling us to go home!!! Ridiculous!!!
(We have a payment plan here with our dog and we wanted the same thing for the cat so we could pay off the bill in sections, but they refused to do this which doesn't make any sense because we have ALWAYS payed off the bills in full and on time)

They are currently treating my axolotl and have already got him eating ! I have never been this happy with a veterinary service and will be definitely bringing all my animals here in future. Harley my axolotl isn't out of the woods yet but without the amazing cambridge veterianry group team he wouldn't stand a chance. Thank you, thank you,thank you. For everything you have done.
