Our dog was put to sleep by the doctor who i believe, his name is Patrick. He gave the injection for euthanasia too close together and did not wait for the first injection to take effect. The second ...
Our dog was put to sleep by the doctor who i believe, his name is Patrick. He gave the injection for euthanasia too close together and did not wait for the first injection to take effect. The second injection was given 2 mins after the first one, which i am sure did not take effect because i saw the face of my dog that she was in pain, she stretched her self up and became stiff and it was not peaceful. i expected that the second injection should be given at least 20 mins to take effect but why was the 2nd injection given after 2 mins? I am traumatised and i cannot even remove the image in my head!
I am not happy with what happened. we were not given information or at least a leaflet about what happens and what to expect.
I regret trusting this veterinary for my dog's euthanasia, i wish i can bring back time because if i knew it was gonna be like this, i would choose to let my dog die naturally with DIGNITY and RESPECT.
If it comes to a time that your pet really needed to be put to sleep, i would suggest to read more information about it and how you can make sure your dog goes peacefully in a timely manner.

Patrick is one of the best vets in my word, he is very straight forwards and you can just tell he does it for the animal. He has helped my cats with ear infections, a broken Jaws and heart problems ...
Patrick is one of the best vets in my word, he is very straight forwards and you can just tell he does it for the animal. He has helped my cats with ear infections, a broken Jaws and heart problems and has made sure they have had a good quality of life in the last years. He is also very good at making the animals not hate the owner for taking them to the vets the receptionist is also bubbly and very lovely 😊

Excellent veterinary surgery, Patrick is excellent and treated my hamster who we sadly had to put to sleep with great care, and was very kind to to a very upset owner.

Great local vets. Our cat has had all his care and attention there. Lovely staff. Patrick is pragmatic and no nonsense. Don't expect him to mince his words.

One of the few vets who cares about animals more than the money, the "customer experience" (which I have had no problems with) should not matter. Patrick saved my cat after he was run over even though I had no money!

I have had cats for over 20 years but have never met a vet who has spent so much time on any of my cats or been so kind (even lent us a cat carrier as we didn't have one yet). We came for a simple boo...
I have had cats for over 20 years but have never met a vet who has spent so much time on any of my cats or been so kind (even lent us a cat carrier as we didn't have one yet). We came for a simple booster, but were in there for half an hour of great advice. Somebody who cares about the patients!

Our dog was put to sleep by the doctor who i believe, his name is Patrick. He gave the injection for euthanasia too close together and did not wait for the first injection to take effect. Patrick is one of the best vets in my word, he is very straight forwards and you can just tell he does it for the animal. He has helped my cats with ear infections, a broken Jaws and heart problems and has made sure they have had a good quality of life in the last years. He is also very good at making the animals not hate the owner for taking them to the vets the receptionist is also bubbly and very lovely 😊
