I've had good experiences of taking my dog to Hollyoak over the years for various health issues. However I don't feel I received good advice there about my dog's behaviour. My dog has had behavioural problems and we have seen a behaviourist (unconnected with Hollyoak) for these issues who has been really helpful. However before Christmas her behaviour became much worse and knowing that when she is in pain her behaviour becomes worse I was keen to establish if there was a physical/medical reason. The vet told me that I should think about getting our dog put down and didn't do a thorough examination. She didn't take my dog's temperature. However, two weeks later we were back and a back problem was diagnosed and she had a temperature. After being put onto pain killers and anti-inflammatories her behaviour improved immediately. I was very disappointed with this visit and don't feel inclined to go back.

I've had my last 3 dogs looked after by the staff at hollyoakes and I'm more than pleased with everyone at the practice. Every one is loving to our pets and they really love coming to the vets.!!! Can't recommend them highly enough. A brilliant vets.👍

A nice old building in a secluded location in Impington with plenty of parking. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and coffee available whilst you're waiting.

Hollyoak vets are amazing the staff are so friendly I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else, he's always excited to visit thanks to the puppy parties run by jenna at the practice

I live on the same street as the surgery and asked if they would come to my house to do my cats vaccinations. I was told this would still cost me 55 call out as it counts as zone 1. The vaccinations themselves were 20 more expensive per car than my previous vet and I was told there was no way for me to pay in instalments. Won't be using them again.

10 out of 10 cats prefer hollyoaks... Friendly helpful and caring staff I can't recommend this veterinary practice any higher... if you love your pets this is the best place to bring them... :)

By far the best veterinary practice that I have been to. The staff are all welcoming and friendly, they soon get to know both pet and owner, and understand that owners need care as well as their pets!...
By far the best veterinary practice that I have been to. The staff are all welcoming and friendly, they soon get to know both pet and owner, and understand that owners need care as well as their pets! The wellbeing of the animal is paramount, and therefore appointments are available at short notice plus at the weekends at no extra cost.
When I move house, it will be within range of this practice, as I would not want any other practice to care for all my animals now.

I've had good experiences of taking my dog to Hollyoak over the years for various health issues. However I don't feel I received good advice there about my dog's behaviour. My dog has had behavioural problems and we have seen a behaviourist (unconnected with Hollyoak) for these issues who has been really helpful. By far the best veterinary practice that I have been to. The staff are all welcoming and friendly, they soon get to know both pet and owner, and understand that owners need care as well as their pets! The wellbeing of the animal is paramount, and therefore appointments are available at short notice plus at the weekends at no extra cost.
When I move house, it will be within range of this practice, as I would not want any other practice to care for all my animals now.
