Never again vets4pets! Yes, the receptionists are nice and caring, but the vet we encountered was completely unconvincing: Our cat Daisy woke up paralysed one morning, vets4pets pursued a number of experiments/treatment attempts for 500 GBP/day, at the end of which the cause was still unknown and putting her down was the final recommendation. The culminating point: When we said that we would like to give her a final chance by looking after her for a few days, we were even reported to the RSPCA! And that after we were charged 100 GBP for medication and doubtful advice to help her on the road to recovery at home! Unbelievable!!! Of course, we changed the vet. We are now with Arbury Road Veterinary Surgery, and so far they were right: Daisy is on the road to recovery, which includes eating and drinking on her own, rolling over the back, sitting upright, pulling us towards herself if she wants more cuddling and - of course - pushing the food/drinks away when she had enough. In short, vets4pets is definitely the worst vet I have come across in my life - and I have seen many vets, for a number of pets! Read Less
