In the last year 2 subsequent prescriptions written incorrectly and so returned to them by the on line pharmacy. One vet adamant my dog was there for an injection then when she finally accepted that i...
In the last year 2 subsequent prescriptions written incorrectly and so returned to them by the on line pharmacy. One vet adamant my dog was there for an injection then when she finally accepted that it was for check so the script could be repeated, she refused to issue it said it was illegal. I got a later apology and the script sent. Then a report to to the insurers for a second dog without any reference to the different diagnosis from the referral ophthalmologist. Further l was very unhappy about the standard of aftercare when a small lump was removed from the gum of the elderly dog. His teeth were clean but they kept him under longer to clean them against my instruction. He did not recover well yes he is old but we remain suspicious re standards of care.

Terrible service. Pet Plan paid up in full for 5 cats but despite twice being told the flea and wormers would be ready the following morning when I went in it was not ready. Then on 3rd attempt before going in I checked over the phone and was told they were too busy as the person who dispenses was dealing with something. They suggested I contact pet plan hq which i did. Pet plan phoned me back saying they had spoken to trio and i would get a refund instead i got a bill from trio for early cancellation so in summary paid for 5x15 x 3 months plus a bill for cancellation of 68 and still no medicines not to mention the IOUs they handwrote on 2 lots of medicine when they ran short previously which we also never received.

Good vets but seem very overstretched. Unfortunately 2 of my dogs were pts whilst under their care. 1 through old age and the ither through a sudden decline after being started on new medication. Due to the vets and all the staff being ridiculously busy and not being reassured by their practice and attitude I have taken my dogs and cats care elsewhere.

Took my little old lady in April for treatment, best vets I've ever been to! Unfortunately at the age of 14 her health recently declined and had to let her go. It was heartbreaking but the vets, nurses and reception staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and they sorted all the cremation arrangements for me.
I was so distraught when I had to let my dog go, there was no rush, they were sympathetic. The animal comes first and not money, as I have experienced with other vets in the past. Adrian and Andre fantastic vets, nurses brilliant especially head nurse Lauren who was with me when my beloved dog had to go over the Rainbow Bridge. The receptionists, Debbie and Nicky are very knowledgeable and helpful. This vets is unique in that they have everything, you don't need to go to another vets out of hours and travel all over the place, everything is in one place. would highly recommend.

This practice is above and beyond anything and any care ever received.
We have an aggressive bulldog that panics away from home and will bite or attack in any unknown situation.
We called up after she had injured her leg in a blind panic as we was aware of what she could do.
We was met with 4 fantastic vets who was out of this world with care and understanding with Bella.
I can NOT thank this team enough for making Bella as ease and the care towards her and us.
I wish this amazing team all the best wishes and luck in this world!!

We received an incredible level of care from the whole team when our cat needed emergency surgery to save his life. They very clearly place quality of life of animals at the centre of everything they do. Not only did they look after our cat exceptionally well, they were wonderful with us. Every step of the way we felt informed, supported and listened to and their customer care is fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Good vets but seem very overstretched. Unfortunately 2 of my dogs were pts whilst under their care. 1 through old age and the ither through a sudden decline after being started on new medication. Due to the vets and all the staff being ridiculously busy and not being reassured by their practice and attitude I have taken my dogs and cats care elsewhere.

Took my little old lady in April for treatment, best vets I've ever been to! Unfortunately at the age of 14 her health recently declined and had to let her go. It was heartbreaking but the vets, nurses and reception staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and they sorted all the cremation arrangements for me.

We have an aggressive bulldog that panics away from home and will bite or attack in any unknown situation.

We received an incredible level of care from the whole team when our cat needed emergency surgery to save his life. They very clearly place quality of life of animals at the centre of everything they do. Not only did they look after our cat exceptionally well, they were wonderful with us. Every step of the way we felt informed, supported and listened to and their customer care is fantastic. I would highly recommend.
