Diagnosed our Spaniel with Auto Immune Anemia and said she had a good chance of making a recovery. We asked about a blood transfusion and they informed us it would be a waste of time. We then took her to Dick White referrals in Newmarket where they said she needed one right away. They also left her on her own overnight with no staff or vets to look after her. She has now passed and we believe some of that is due to their negligence. Avoid at all costs. Read Less
