Alex and Rachel have given our dog Tess the best care ever. Alex removed a small mass from Tess,s shoulder and Rachel gave Tess the nursing care. From the time of the diagnosis until her return to downham and home after the op they were there for Tess and us. We had to ring about more pain relief for Tess and they were happy to see us in Lynn out of hours and give us tablets. They came across so confident that it was reassuring for us. Me and my mum have been bringing our dogs here for about 20 years now, it must definitely be getting on for that as we brought our previous dog, sherri to you and she lived to the ripe old age of 16 against a fair few odds, I put most of that down to excellent care and attention from you guys. You even fought for us with the insurance company when sherri was a puppy and she had to have treatment which they were refusing to pay out for. Due to the dedication of the staff at the time we got the treatment paid for in the end. Always the best of care and treatment available at very reasonable prices and all the staff are really friendly too. Read Less

My Mum's British Bulldog was brought in because we thought she was pregnant, told "we don't think she is" offered no other service to make it definite. Three weeks later she became poorly took her back told she still wasn't pregnant, she "had a womb infection" sent to the surgery in Kings Lynn. She was scanned "just to double check" she was pregnant!! She was operated on & had to have an emergency cesarean. 1000 bill & 4 puppies later they came home. The next day two puppies died & 2 days after the operation Poppy was found dead at only 5 years old & leaving 2 puppies orphaned. My mum & family we destroyed that they had lost their family pet & they could do nothing. The surgery did nothing, no tests no apologises nothing. My mum sent a letter and got a reply "nothing we could of done" she had no follow up appointments. All they cared about was that they had their 1000 & nothing more was done. Poppy could still be alive now if the tests were done first time around & we were prepared!! I'm angry, upset & disgusted at their reaction & the way they dealt with Poppy in the first place. They're are a rip off, they don't care & a family are left with no pet because of their appalling procedures.Read Less
