200 to X-Ray a Jack Russell's leg? My other half can get a mobile X-Ray bought to her horse in a field for half of that. 40 to put a dressing on a small leg? 70 for an emergency appointment when they have a vet in the premises during open hours. Told to pick dog up at 6:30 and they were still mucking about at 7:10 as the dressing that cost 40 had slipped off. This place doesn't care about animals it cares about profit and ripping people off. Some of the staff were ok but most were clueless. I don't care about spending money if my dog needs help, but I do care about value for money. Rip off merchants. Avoid at all (over inflated) costsRead Less

I cannot thank the lovely staff at Grove Lodge enough, my gorgeous Ashley was hit by a car on the Friday of the bank holiday (possibly the worst time possible) but they were able to fix him up with the best possible love and care. Sadly he had to have a leg amputated but he's back home with us now and we're hoping for a speed recovery. I am so grateful, what a lovely bunch of caring people. Ashley sends his thanks for all the lovely fuss and chin rubs. Read Less
