I purchased two Ragdoll kittens back in August and the staff has been so amazing in making sure they're healthy, happy, and not draining my pocket while doing so. I've had an emergency visit at the very end of their day and they still took us in and gave us the utmost care and time needed. My girls are always given the same care and affection I give them at home, and they actually like going to visit now! They know that they're going to get a snuggle and see everyone, so thank you, Vets4Pets, for taking such grand care of my babies. Read Less

So....how good is pets at home VETS at Huntingdon ? Popped in to see if they do pet passports. Yes. How much ? 65.00 First appointment free ? Now !!! Such kindness and care shown to my dog. 4 members of staff who passed by stopped for a doggy cuddle and to give her a little biscuit. Receptionist was really friendly and genuinely happy to fit us in. Vet was super. Really took her time with my dog. I have used the grooming service many times and have witnessed the care they give . But will now also go to this vet instead of my usual one because it is clear that all the staff at Pets at Home really do care. Try them. I am very picky with my dogs... You and they can tell when people really care and this team really do. Many thanks, Gill Read Less

Went in to get a puppy vaccinated today (3/3/16) and after doing the health check the vet went to get the vaccine. After leaving me waiting for over 10 minutes she came back with a second member of staff and accused me of being someone who had visited the practice back in 2013 before it was a vets4pets (it was companion care back then) who had lodged a complaint due to treatment of their animal and had apparently lied about how the vet (i believe she is called sandy) had treated them and the animal. Despite the fact this person lived at an address I had never lived in, she insisted it was me and refused to vaccinate the puppy at all and said I was not welcome back at this practice. Baring in mind the appointment was booked for a week before I turned up and I had to bring an 8 week old puppy out in the rain, through a 30 minute car journey when he doesn't travel well. and Also had to bring my 7month pregnant wife who gets severely car sick. all to be told they wouldn't treat/vaccinate the puppy. My recommendation is to avoid this place like the plague and instead go to cromwell vets or vetsavers at wyvale garden center down the road as in the end we went there and paid 10 less for the same vaccination/microchip/flea wormer treatment.
