We had our Mitzi spayed at the beginning of the month and everyone was so caring with her. Knowing that she loves her cuddles the staff said that there were plenty of cuddles on offer. When we collected Mitzi she was her usual happy self and taking her for her checks she went in quite happy and she even treated the staff to a Staffie song or two.

To say we are a regular customer is a slight under statement. Having labradors and at this point a young one, means regular visits often in the middle of the night. All of the staff are amazing. We couldn't imagine life without you (sometimes we wish we could!). In the last 6 months we have also experienced the loss of 2 dogs. You have been so kind to us and the support we took from you in those times has made a huge difference to us. A huge thank you. Ian & Jess Grady (& the girls).

The staff are always welcoming and make a genuine fuss of all their patients. We have gone to them with various pets over the last 16 yrs. We did once try another vet but then went straight back to london rd to give me a second opinion. Never taken our pets anywhere else after that. They understand how worried we all get as they are pet owners too. Nothing is too much trouble. I completely trust them to look after my best friend (Ruben). I always know he's on the best hands whenever I take him in. I would and do recommend them. They will not rip you off either. They ask if you have insurance but don't pressure you in any way.They have always try to do the very best they can. Thank you to ALL the staff for 16 yrs of expert help. Xx

All the staff at both the London Road and the Hollies are outstanding, the care I have received for all of my four dogs has been amazing and the experience of having my dear old girl Kizzy put to sleep last year was definitely helped by the staff at the Hollies. Alex and Rachel have given our dog Tess the best care ever. Alex removed a small mass from Tess,s shoulder and Rachel gave Tess the nursing care. From the time of the diagnosis until her return to downham and home after the op they were there for Tess and us. We had to ring about more pain relief for Tess and they were happy to see us in Lynn out of hours and give us tablets. They came across so confident that it was reassuring for us. I could not recommend this vets enough, Our family have been using them for over 30 years. From Puppy training classes and Puppy packs right through injury, illness and sadly the end, the staff at London road are always kind, friendly and caring.
They always go above and beyond for you and your pet and are always excited to see you. They Are always there on the other end of the phone for advice to put your mind at ease, even with me, a crazy dog lady!

Me and my mum have been bringing our dogs here for about 20 years now, it must definitely be getting on for that as we brought our previous dog, sherri to you and she lived to the ripe old age of 16 against a fair few odds, I put most of that down to excellent care and attention from you guys. You even fought for us with the insurance company when sherri was a puppy and she had to have treatment which they were refusing to pay out for. Due to the dedication of the staff at the time we got the treatment paid for in the end. Always the best of care and treatment available at very reasonable prices and all the staff are really friendly too.

I have used London Road Veterinary Centre for my animals for years. The Reception team are friendly and welcoming and the vets are knowledgeable and compassionate. The nursing staff give 110% and run great clinics usually for free!
My Labrador was very ill and the vet recognised the problem immediately and he was referred for life saving surgery. My greyhound mix had long-term health problems and throughout his life the vets monitored and adjusted his treatment to suit him and me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to any pet owner!

Brought my dog Bertie in for a dental a few weeks ago, he was very well looked after, came home with nice clean tooth & wasn't sleepy at all. Your all a great team & would recommend.

Alex and Rachel have given our dog Tess the best care ever. Alex removed a small mass from Tess,s shoulder and Rachel gave Tess the nursing care. From the time of the diagnosis until her return to downham and home after the op they were there for Tess and us. We had to ring about more pain relief for Tess and they were happy to see us in Lynn out of hours and give us tablets. They came across so confident that it was reassuring for us. Thank you very much Alex and Rachel .

I could not recommend this vets enough, Our family have been using them for over 30 years. From Puppy training classes and Puppy packs right through injury, illness and sadly the end, the staff at London road are always kind, friendly and caring.
They always go above and beyond for you and your pet and are always excited to see you. They Are always there on the other end of the phone for advice to put your mind at ease, even with me, a crazy dog lady!

Me and my mum have been bringing our dogs here for about 20 years now, it must definitely be getting on for that as we brought our previous dog, sherri to you and she lived to the ripe old age of 16 against a fair few odds, I put most of that down to excellent care and attention from you guys. You even fought for us with the insurance company when sherri was a puppy and she had to have treatment which they were refusing to pay out for. Due to the dedication of the staff at the time we got the treatment paid for in the end. Always the best of care and treatment available at very reasonable prices and all the staff are really friendly too.

I have used London Road Veterinary Centre for my animals for years. The Reception team are friendly and welcoming and the vets are knowledgeable and compassionate. The nursing staff give 110% and run great clinics usually for free!
My Labrador was very ill and the vet recognised the problem immediately and he was referred for life saving surgery. My greyhound mix had long-term health problems and throughout his life the vets monitored and adjusted his treatment to suit him and me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to any pet owner!
