If you do not have thousands of pounds in your account for instant payment don’t take your pets here or rely on them for emergency treatment. Despite the website stating direct claims with insurance companies can be agreed I was told no and payment is required every 24 hours. I challenged the lie we were told by the clinical director and she ignored it. A complaint was raised and I received what appears to be a copy and paste mission statement. Despite being with the vets for 14 years and paying thousands of pounds in bills on time they simply don’t care. Money is the one and only focus of this practice and not the pet’s immediate care. We have thankfully found a family run practice with the best interests of our pets at heart. To say I’m disgusted is an understatement.

I have always received outstanding care at Mill House for my two cats and one dog. Last year my younger cat Maisie was involved in a nasty accident when she caught her paw in a fence and was left hanging for an unknown period of time but thanks to emergency and follow-up care at Mill House both her life and leg were saved.
Sadly , this week I had to have my lovely twenty year old cat put to sleep due to her failing health in old age. Rosanna helped Millie to have a gentle, calm and dignified death and the compassion shown to us will always be treasured.
Yes Mill House- you do treat our pets as if they are your own!

Millhouse is such a great vets. From the moment you enter the staff make you feel welcome. It is such a relaxed atmosphere, very homely and comfortable.
The staff greet everyone as soon as they enter. They are all so calm and friendly. If you or your pet are feeling anxious they help to relax you and let you know you are in safe hands.
They are excellent and professional when handling your pet and give very informative and helpful advice. They are up front with the costs so there are no nasty surprises.
I honestly could not imagine taking my pets anywhere else.

Mill House are the best vets I have ever been to they have given my pets wonderful care over the years and I have every confidence in their care and expertise. They are kind caring and very knowledgeable. They saved the life of one of my dogs, and through their kind expert care both of my previous dogs lived to a good old age. I wish they looked after ill humans too! From the moment you walk into reception you know you are in good hands. I really would never go anywhere else. My dog tigerlily has been very poorly with severe bouts of colitis. We have been to millhouse alot over the last few months and have always had fantastic treatment..it has never been about money..always about the dog no matter which vet we saw. They have tried the cheapest least invasive treatments first which are succussful short term. Weve been back at their reqest for checkups and i think in total have had in the region of 12 appts since oct and only paid for 2. It is thier policy to charge for the initial appt then if you go back in the next 2 months with the same condition its free every time. They have dealt directly with our insurers with no fuss at all...i would highly recommended millhouse....thanks for everything guys x

The 5 stars are not enough. 10 is needed. I can't thank these people enough. My dog is back! (Hard to keep calm now lol, 5 days bed rest built up a lot of energy). But the process of getting her back to normal was quite scary and daunting for myself and my partner, I imagine for a lot of others to but MillHouse made it so so much easier and 100x less scary. They constantly reassure, comfort, update and inform you of anything that happens. I have been to MillHouse nearly 10 times in 3weeks. (My Little LoLo is very accident prone). And every time, they treat not just the dog but myself and partner with the most respect I've ever been given. I consider them ALL friends, not just our local vets. But the care they have given my dog is unreal.... LoLo is even excited to go now. I hope they are very very proud of themselves as they should be. If anyone reading this, if your pet gets I'll. Choose MillHouse. I guarantee you will not regret it. So again, I Thankyou MillHouse again. You really do make the difference. Like I say, I would rate 10 but there is only 5 stars lol. This place is disgusting we took our dog in with a limp which they made us pay nearly 500 to do an X-ray for them to tell us it was a sprain so they obviously don't know how to do there jobs as all they done was made us give them more money for some tablets that made no difference as she was getting worse by the day between these times we took her back several time while they stuck to the same solution when she hit rock bottom we took her back for the last time, she couldnt walk, struggled to breath and looked lifeless this is when they told us it wasn't a sprain it was a tumour please tell me why they didn't see that before? Even worse they tried asking us for even more money to do tests even though they can't do anything for her!! I find this practice is absolutely disgraceful we are not the only people to go through this we have found many others that went through it it needs to be closed down because they don't give a fuck about the animals they just want all the money we took our dog to a different vets who looked after her more in that short period than Millhouse ever did I hope people read this and think twice before going there.

Amazing vets. Had to take our dog in whilst on holiday in Hunstanton. I was amazed that they fitted us straight in. I was worried as it looked really expensive however I couldn't fault them one bit. After an overnight stay Rex was right as rain. They seem to have great facilities to do a lot on site and had a number of vets to share years of experience. If we had a vet like this closer to where we live I would certainly use them all the time.
The following morning we even had a call asking how Rex was getting on. Amazing just amazing. Thanks x

Outstanding veterinary surgery and hospital. All staff are incredibly professional, caring and compassionate. We anticipated that the premium service offered at Mill House might be reflected in their fees (which would be fine, the staff are so good I would now be more than willing to pay above the odds!), however, when we made enquiries with other local vets before taking our new puppy for his vaccinations, Mill House came out cheaper as well as far more willing, polite and helpful on the phone! The added value services they offer, such as free puppy check-ups as well as great information and advice, really emphasise the high level of care on offer. EXCELLENT.

Cannot highly recommend enough. A really professional but sensitive practice. Our cats have had surgery, treatment and long term care over the years and we have never seen a member of staff who was not amazing. All this for very competitive fees and a fully equipped practice with 24/7 cover

Millhouse is such a great vets. From the moment you enter the staff make you feel welcome. It is such a relaxed atmosphere, very homely and comfortable.
The staff greet everyone as soon as they enter. They are all so calm and friendly. If you or your pet are feeling anxious they help to relax you and let you know you are in safe hands.
They are excellent and professional when handling your pet and give very informative and helpful advice. They are up front with the costs so there are no nasty surprises.
I honestly could not imagine taking my pets anywhere else.

Lovely vets. Very friendly staff (reception and vets alike). You feel like they do care about your pets unlike in some of the larger chain vets. We love it here.

Mill House are the best vets I have ever been to they have given my pets wonderful care over the years and I have every confidence in their care and expertise. They are kind caring and very knowledgeable. They saved the life of one of my dogs, and through their kind expert care both of my previous dogs lived to a good old age. I wish they looked after ill humans too! From the moment you walk into reception you know you are in good hands. I really would never go anywhere else. Thank you Mill House for all you have done and continue to do for my pets.

We have been to millhouse alot over the last few months and have always had fantastic treatment..it has never been about money..always about the dog no matter which vet we saw. They have tried the cheapest least invasive treatments first which are succussful short term. Weve been back at their reqest for checkups and i think in total have had in the region of 12 appts since oct and only paid for 2. It is thier policy to charge for the initial appt then if you go back in the next 2 months with the same condition its free every time. They have dealt directly with our insurers with no fuss at all...i would highly recommended millhouse....thanks for everything guys x

The 5 stars are not enough. 10 is needed. I can't thank these people enough. My dog is back! (Hard to keep calm now lol, 5 days bed rest built up a lot of energy). But the process of getting her back to normal was quite scary and daunting for myself and my partner, I imagine for a lot of others to but MillHouse made it so so much easier and 100x less scary. They constantly reassure, comfort, update and inform you of anything that happens. I have been to MillHouse nearly 10 times in 3weeks. (My Little LoLo is very accident prone). And every time, they treat not just the dog but myself and partner with the most respect I've ever been given. I consider them ALL friends, not just our local vets. But the care they have given my dog is unreal.... LoLo is even excited to go now. I hope they are very very proud of themselves as they should be. If anyone reading this, if your pet gets I'll. Choose MillHouse. I guarantee you will not regret it. So again, I Thankyou MillHouse again. You really do make the difference. Like I say, I would rate 10 but there is only 5 stars lol. This place is disgusting we took our dog in with a limp which they made us pay nearly 500 to do an X-ray for them to tell us it was a sprain so they obviously don't know how to do there jobs as all they done was made us give them more money for some tablets that made no difference as she was getting worse by the day between these times we took her back several time while they stuck to the same solution when she hit rock bottom we took her back for the last time, she couldnt walk, struggled to breath and looked lifeless this is when they told us it wasn't a sprain it was a tumour please tell me why they didn't see that before? Even worse they tried asking us for even more money to do tests even though they can't do anything for her!! I find this practice is absolutely disgraceful we are not the only people to go through this we have found many others that went through it it needs to be closed down because they don't give a fuck about the animals they just want all the money we took our dog to a different vets who looked after her more in that short period than Millhouse ever did I hope people read this and think twice before going there.

Amazing vets. Had to take our dog in whilst on holiday in Hunstanton. I was amazed that they fitted us straight in. I was worried as it looked really expensive however I couldn't fault them one bit. After an overnight stay Rex was right as rain. They seem to have great facilities to do a lot on site and had a number of vets to share years of experience. If we had a vet like this closer to where we live I would certainly use them all the time.
The following morning we even had a call asking how Rex was getting on. Amazing just amazing. Thanks x

Outstanding veterinary surgery and hospital. All staff are incredibly professional, caring and compassionate. We anticipated that the premium service offered at Mill House might be reflected in their fees (which would be fine, the staff are so good I would now be more than willing to pay above the odds!), however, when we made enquiries with other local vets before taking our new puppy for his vaccinations, Mill House came out cheaper as well as far more willing, polite and helpful on the phone! The added value services they offer, such as free puppy check-ups as well as great information and advice, really emphasise the high level of care on offer. EXCELLENT.
