We have been using these vets for past 5 years. First class service - from routine visits to an emergency operation we have nothing but praise. When we had to say goodbye to our 13 year old collie - they were kind and compassionate and treated her with great dignity and care. I can recommend them without hesitation. Yes sometimes you wait beyond your appointed time.. but they always fit us in and if they run late it is because they are giving someone elses pet the time it needs to get them fit again.

Very disappointed with the service, waited 40 min for my appointment. The three receptionists couldn't be bothered to let me know the reason why I had been waiting for so long. When i was finally call...
Very disappointed with the service, waited 40 min for my appointment. The three receptionists couldn't be bothered to let me know the reason why I had been waiting for so long. When i was finally called in the vet did apologised and told me I'll get discount, in the end I ended up paying the full amount anyway. Normally great service very disappointed.

We have been using these vets for past 5 years. First class service - from routine visits to an emergency operation we have nothing but praise. When we had to say goodbye to our 13 year old collie - they were kind and compassionate and treated her with great dignity and care. I can recommend them without hesitation.
