We used this vet surgery for many years when we lived at Ousden.Our cat sadly got run over,Josh was a complete hero and saved her.He checked on her thru the night and did an emergency operation which saved her life.I cannot praise him enough.The team is obviously different now,but Joyce was a treasure too!
We live further away now,but I have promised my cat,Lizzie,that,heaven forbid,if she needs more than a routine vet appointment,we will make the trip back to see Josh.

I just want to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Lidas for taking such good care of Holly over the last 14 years. I turned up on Saturday morning without an appointment in a bit of a state as I knew it was time for my beloved friend Holly to go off to doggy heaven and even though you were busy (sorry to any clients who may have had a slightly longer wait) I was treated with such compassion and understanding. A special thanks to Joyce where nothing is ever too much trouble and was so nice to me, to the nurse Tracy who talked through everything with me and gave me all the time i needed with Holly to say my goodbyes. To the vet (I think it was Mabel) who treated Holly with the dignity she deserved and who were both with me till the end where Holly went peacefully off to sleep. Sorry Ilan couldn't be there at the end as he has always taken great care of Holly over the years. You are a 5 star vets who do a fantastic job xx

I have been with Lida Vets for nearly 20 years doing a 50 mile round trip, I went their originally with a cat that couldn't retain her litter of kittens, they did everything they could for her but the vet I was using had missed an infection which caused her to keep loosing them, from that moment on I realised that this was the right veterinary practice for me, as a pedigree Birman breeder it is important to me to have the support of loving and caring vets which Josh and all his staff have given to me over the years, I cannot speak highly enough of them.

I have decided to take my little French bulldog elsewhere in the hope that she and I would be treated with a bit more respect and better customer service. Iv have been with this practise for about a year, and sometimes had to use PDSA. So many things have disappointed me including watching a vet drag my dog into the rooms, without any kind of care for her anxiety. One of the receptionists feels it necessary to lecture me about having to use Pdsa help every time I speak to her about anything to do withy dog. Today was the final straw, when my dog was pinned down in a treatment room for an ultra sound to be shaved clearly scared and anxious and for a nurse to tell me to get out of the treatment room without anyone explaining to me what they would be doing with my pet was an absolute joke. My dog is okay, but the standard of actual care is low, money seems to be the only thing they are interested in in my experience and there tag line of being 'dedicated to your pet' couldn't be further from the truth.

I have been with Lida Vets for nearly 20 years doing a 50 mile round trip, I went their originally with a cat that couldn't retain her litter of kittens, they did everything they could for her but the vet I was using had missed an infection which caused her to keep loosing them, from that moment on I realised that this was the right veterinary practice for me, as a pedigree Birman breeder it is important to me to have the support of loving and caring vets which Josh and all his staff have given to me over the years, I cannot speak highly enough of them.

I have decided to take my little French bulldog elsewhere in the hope that she and I would be treated with a bit more respect and better customer service. Iv have been with this practise for about a year, and sometimes had to use PDSA. So many things have disappointed me including watching a vet drag my dog into the rooms, without any kind of care for her anxiety. One of the receptionists feels it necessary to lecture me about having to use Pdsa help every time I speak to her about anything to do withy dog. Today was the final straw, when my dog was pinned down in a treatment room for an ultra sound to be shaved clearly scared and anxious and for a nurse to tell me to get out of the treatment room without anyone explaining to me what they would be doing with my pet was an absolute joke. My dog is okay, but the standard of actual care is low, money seems to be the only thing they are interested in in my experience and there tag line of being 'dedicated to your pet' couldn't be further from the truth.

I cant praise Lida Vets to highly. They have looked after my pets for many years but their treatment of our precious Doberman Max over the last 2 years in particular has been truly exceptional. Emergency treatment at 4am last Saturday morning was the latest example! Max would not be with us without the efforts of their dedicated staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you yet again!

The new facilities are modern and inviting but the value for money experience hasn't changed. A great team and nothing is too much trouble.
