Have used the vets when Mr G ran it, and it was spotless, its slipped a little but my biggest bug bear is the person whom i saw. She was called Caroline, i was utterly taken back of how rude, unprofessional and downright bloody offensive she was. Spoke to me like a head teacher punishing me. And my dog a loveable friendly labrador she didnt even speak to her just said she's s fat and we have this and that food. Bigging my bill up. Or trying too. She offended me by putting obese on my dogs record. The nurses are so great just this person. I am now at a vets practice who cares about veterinary care n not how much money she can make. Mr Gillespie would be mortified by this persons ability to lose clients. Never again. I considered these nurses friends as my daughter trained with Mr G for a few years. Read Less
